Subway

First and last time to this location - pretty disappointing. Cash only during the pandemic, bread was overcooked, portions for toppings were all over the place. We passed on the burnt cookies (my son was devastated but at least they had cheetos) and it took three attempts to find a pop that was working properly.

I went into this location twice this week. It’s convenient because it’s across from my gym. First time the female manager was on her cell phone behind the counter laughing while the young kid was making my sandwich. I felt bad for him because it was obvious he wasn’t trained well. Didn’t know what sandwich I wanted or what cheese American was. She was still on her phone pointing at the topping I said and he put them on. The tables weren’t cleaned off. Second time it was alittle busy about 4 people in line. Same manager was frantic rushing the orders out. She made the sandwiches so sloppy. they were out of lettuce so I got spinach. The tables were dirty again. They got two stars because the sandwiches were still good just not appetizing to look at.

07/19/20: I went in and stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped. I was the only one in there. I went to open the door again to ring the doorbell and still, no one came out. I finally dug out my phone to call the them but a young man happened to see me. I probably stood there about 5 minutes waiting. The young man was polite but he didn't put a mask on before making my sandwich Please stress to your employees that they need to wear masks when handling food. Thanks.
