Great place. Had a rocky experience once, contacted customer service and was fixed very quickly. I get coffee here daily, curbside, through the subscription. Very consistent now, very friendly and prompt service.

OooRah! Open for dining in although with the wonderful TX fall weather eating outside would have been OK. Take advantage of the parking garage nearby to get out of the sun. We had a seasonal soup and new sandwich menu item. Delicious. We have eaten at other locations but first time here. All the expected virus precautions in place so its safe place to eat. Good for them spending money on wheel chair lift to customers can sit in the upper dining area. Drink cups and lids can be recycled.

Ordered a Cuban with extra meat, to go.
Got home and opened the sandwich to barely anything. If this is extra and it's this disappointing, then think of how sad a regular one was. It was also missing any pickles (which is listed as an ingredient) and if it had mustard it was so minimal I couldn't taste it.
I miss Paradise Bakery. They were good. I liked them, then Panera bought them all and make them just as disappointing.
It's just frustrating that you pay these prices and get sample sizes portions.

The food is tasty as always, but what impressed me most is the friendly customer service. The manager noticed I was accidentally overcharged and brought it to my attention. Not only did he refund my money but he comped one of my soups as well. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We loved Panera but they discontinued the cream of chicken and wild rice soup in Texas. Let us know when you bring it back.

Waited 10 minutes for my pickup order that nobody came to ask me about. The car next to me pulled in and immediately had their order brought to them. Had to call the store to get assistance.
