I ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich and it looks like it's soggy, rotten, it's not even fresh. I've ordered one in the past and it was fresh and crispy. The patty looks like something from a McChicken instead. I also ordered a large french fries and it used to be full, now it's less than 2/3.

Often receive sub par food, it is fast food and my expectations are low. Tonight I received two smashed crispy chickens in a big Mac with red meat in it. I called to speak to the manager because the drive-through line is so long just to explain I wanted to return the food she kept telling me they’re closed and I told her you’re not close you have a lot of customers in your line she said they close at nine it’s 939 right now and then she said we close at 10 I could bring the food back tomorrow. I have no idea what’s going on with this person who I could barely understand but I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

Always pretty good and fast but I'm totally bummed that they made the bad decision to no longer have breakfast all day. I don't eat their regular food but they do have the best breakfast. I won't need to go back after 11. Hope they change it

Orders are always correct, which is a big thing. My only complaint is the drive thru lane is too small for truck, but thanks to COVID, I just use the curbside pickup.

3rd weekend in a row order was dooked up. Gave my order thru the speaker. Then when the girl repeated it back to me i corrected her. Instead of fixing the order she just has me pull forward. Check my food and it's WRONG. Can i just walk inside and get it fixed? NO, gotta wait in the drive thru AGAIN.
How are you screwing this up? It's one order at a time? Only drivethru is open. I know how! Hire kids, with the only thing on their minds is getting the window closed and their iphone in their hands!

Wish i could give 2.5 Completely wrong order 1/2 the cost of mine i placed - no desert : ( we did not check the bag ugh! Check your bag especially if they don't read off order at 2nd window/pickup

Waiting in a 3 car line for 20 min for 1 large coke, which is rocket science after being asked did I order one large diet. No, 1 large coke. Nope still got diet. Not waiting in a full line now. Front door locked at 645. Trash management, trash employees....
