This Baja Fresh isn't too bad. The service was quick and the store was quiet while I was there. In California, I always got the quesadilla with lettuce and tomatoes on top. Here, they only cook vegetables inside the quesadilla. Oh well...

Store manager yelled at me and told me never to.come back again. He was furious because his system was down and had a very hostile behavior. I placed my order online and was charged $0, I came to the store to pay as I didn't wanted to affect the business. Once I arrived he was extremely rude when I pointed that I had a coupon. The coupon was a buy one get one 50 off, but he insisted it was only for other type of burritos even while the coupon itself didn't say that. He also said it was only for California, which didn't make sense at all. He said it was his decision to take the coupon or not, I pointed out that he was being very hostile, and he said he could discount $4 usd, being less than what the coupon offered. We decided not to make the purchase and he started yelling like a crazy person for us not to ever come back.

Good customer service but the way the steak tacos are prepared is not my favorite, my first time here nothing to complain just that I love to go the one located at Duke st which the steak was grill but is permanently close so I just have to get used to the way they cook still was delicious 😋

Terrible service. Didn’t even ask me for here to go, asked if cheese was supposed to be on this… she looked at me as if she was angry and “NO”! Don’t like your job find something else. No to mention Taco Bell is better than this trash!!!!

We visit the Kingstowne Baja Fresh for takeout at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent. My go to is the mexicano burrito with black beans and extra steak. Very affordable and good quality food.

Just bought a burrito, the beef had slight stench and it taste of liver. A bit frightening, hope I do not get sick. Very dry, needs more flavor too. Would not recommend.
