Hardee's

Had an issue with my breakfast order, so I came back that evening expecting to have a problem. I was so surprised by how friendly and understanding the staff & manager was. She took care of the problem with a refund and gave me a milkshake for my inconvenience! I wish all fast food experiences went this smoothly!🔥

I've always thought Hardee's was the best fast food place for breakfast, but after today, I won't be back to this location anytime soon! I sat in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes behind 3 cars and never got to order. I pulled out and went inside where I had some of the WORST customer service ever! The lady at the counter had 2 customers waiting for food and I was next to order. She had a very hateful expression and asked "what do you want". There was no sense of urgency from anyone that I saw to expedite orders or get customers taken care of. When I finally did get my food, my biscuit was undercooked and doughy. I ate half and threw the rest away. Very disappointed in Hardee's today!

Come around 5pm on a Sunday with my family. Hardee's has never really impressed me with their speed or the cleanliness of their restaurants, but this location is really low on the list. There were only 2 employees working (which is fine because it wasn't really busy). We ordered, food took probably 15-20 minutes to get and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. They forgot an iced coffee we had ordered which I had to go back up to the counter for... No one was in sight and had to yell to the back to get someone's attention. *Mind you... We were still the only ones there and no one in the drive through so they were not making food... * The food was good! I do really enjoy Hardee's food and it was hot and fresh. So I was happy with that. But despite that and the slow service the restaurant was just nasty. The floors, windows and bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. And with no one else there but us, what where they employees doing? Probably in the back playing on their phones? Idk... Even as we left someone else came in and waited at the counter for about two minutes before we finally told them they would probably have to yell to the back to be helped. And only then did someone come up to the front to help her. It just a boils down to a complete lack of care and I'm surprised that the manager allows that kind of attitude and for that place to get in the condition that it is in. Having experience with managing businesses it blows my mind when I see places run this way. Anyway, just overly unimpressed and I hope they hire new employees, management, or change something to improve this place.

Alright y'all lemme tell you, the service was wonderful. The workers were nice and even gave me another sandwich because they were scared the first one would get cold. That was awesome of them but I was waiting for my food like over 30 minutes which was kind of upsetting and the sandwiches looked pretty thrown together. Of course I can understand they have to work for long amounts of time with lots of customers but honestly the sandwich was sad. So overall the service and workers are splendid but I don't recommend going on busy days lol.

This location has a rather outdated interior and exterior. Tables, chairs, boost and Floors were very dirty. I watched every move I could with my food being cooked Etc. The staff was not very pleasant either. Very nice but Aesthetically pleasing as a store was not well done. Their menus are updated with a fresh look but still dull color. The ceiling tiles even look like they are about to collapse. AT ALL COSTS, try to avoid the bathrooms! They reek of nasty bathroom smell before you enter. And just don't take your chances on the inside. This has one of the worst bathrooms I have experience though. This location is just very convenient as it is off of Main Road in Alcoa. This is not a bad place if you just want a quick bite to eat in the drive thru or you just don't care about interior and exterior Aesthetics. It is just another fast food restaurant. Food was decent and I suppose at the end of the day if you get what you expect you can't be let down too hard! Have a fun day of eating. P.S. definitely not the worst I have experienced in my life.

Food was great! No smiles at this place. Had 3 Ladies working at noon for lunch. I waited 30 minutes for 5 piece chicken strip and fries. Management is blame. They should have had more employees at that time of the day. Waited 15 minutes in the druve thru before I decided to go in. So 45 minutes that is unacceptable. Drive thru was packed.

Customer service is horrible. Line of customers and no register attendant for several minutes. She finally returned and was yelling at the cook about an order they had already given a customer while she was MIA and then turned to be hateful toward the customers in line. Hardees and the owner should be beyond horrified. Worst thing was that an older gentleman commented it has been exactly like this for decades. Wow.
