Subway

Turkey sandwich was fantastic. Bread was toasted and perfect- slightly crusty on the outside and just a little chewy on the inside. Kind of shocked. I thought I was eating a French baguette in San Francisco. All the ingredients were carefully assembled with the right amount of Chipotle mayo and green chile for a new Mexican. Well worth the visit

Food was fresh, sandwich was good minus the poor craftmanship of it. Placement of workers could have been better. It was clear the newer(or slower)person was placed at the more complicated end as well as register when a girl seemingly more capable of multitasking with multiple customers took on the easier task of bread, meat, cheese, and toasted. We beat the lunch rush but the line added up as we got our sandwiches made. We watched as the female kept adding up sandwiches for the male to complete. There was a third person as well who could have checked out customers to make the line move quicker but instead she was out refilling things that weren't really empty just yet. No real urgency for people on their lunch breaks to get out quickly. As we ate we were surprised by an unwelcome sight. We changed seats and didn't make a big deal. We were seated next to the door. Just not something you want to see at eye level or above while you eat.

The Hispanic woman whose all done up with makeup is a doll. Not only did she greet me she made food was training an employee handling the register and asked each customer as they were leaving if they enjoyed lunch. "Subway" this employee is an asset please treat her as amazing as she treats your customers!!!
