Panda Express

I walked in for take out, it was very busy with online orders but not too many of us in line. I never drive through Panda Express because I like to pick out what looks fresh. The staff was going a great job with teamwork and communication, place was very clean and lots of hot fresh options. This was about 12:30pm on a Sunday. Honey sesame chicken, sweet fire chicken, Beijing beef, chow mein, greens, and chicken egg rolls were really, really good. Wasn’t as psyched about the fried rice and crab Rangoon (seems more like cream cheese Rangoon, ‘crab’ just a vestigial name convention; maybe that’s normal?), but the value is so good and I feel the quality exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be a repeat visitor at this location.

They got some act right, Panda made good even though they are receiving hundreds of complaints on account of employee shortages, and they attitude has a definite noticeable improvement in this Pandas location. Thank you for addressing the problem though found at no fault of their own. And that says a lot about you as a company.

Very busy for dinner, sometimes could be a bit of a wait so I don’t come as often as I’d like to but the team here is nice and hard working. James who I believe is a manager is a good leader. Watched him interact with the team and the customers and you can feel the positive vibe he gives off. When I walked in today he was leading from the front which I think made the wait for others and myself seem like nothing.
