Our server was the best. Fast and really good.

Had a great experience tonight. The new warm bowls are really tasty. What made my family’s visit even better, we’re two of the employees who just made the experience so much better. Chantel, who was at the counter, had a great smile was sweet, patient and very helpful. Great customer service. Also, when one of our pizzas was made incorrectly, Frankie, who was working in the kitchen pick-up area, was very professional and friendly in helping fix the mistake. Such a breath of fresh air for sure.

I have noticed over the past few times that I have been there that the service isn't quite as good as it used to be. I noticed a help wanted sign out front and I've wondered where all the really good employees went to. It seems like the clientele is changing too. I am enjoying the experience less and less and am not as inclined to go anymore. I actually left feeling depressed instead of my usual pick up. It was like going out to breakfast in a nursing home.

I had placed an online order and the DoorDash delivery person got it all mixed up and brought me someone else order, I called the store and Kayla answered and got me all squared away and taken care of. She made this mix up so much better, she was very kind, sweet and understanding. Thank you Kayla for you help!

I went to Panera bread as part of a company lunch. The jokes about Panera being a sign of gentrification are true. The store was spotless and full of tech people on laptops drinking coffee and eating sandwiches.
The sandwiches are good. They are full of dairy, which is hard for me as a lactose intolerant person, but there is no denying their deliciousness. The portion sizes are small though and the side of about 10 kettle cooked potato chips won’t help much.

One of the nicest Panera's I've been to. Very clean and spacious. Great and friendly staff. The food is expensive but really good.

This was my first time dining here. I enjoyed the sandwich I had it was tasteful filling and I didn't feel overly full . I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

OMG! SHOUT OUT TO SUSAN at the front desk for being probably the best service person I've encountered in a long time. She is personable, told me how to order to get the right 'meal' deal and THEN .... she was even bussing tables! Give that Gal a raise! Thank you Susan for making our lunch super enjoyable!
