Applebee's

We were driving from Wyoming to Michigan to see family and stopped here. This Applebee's is exceptional! Our food was great, our waitress was very friendly and this restaurant was very clean! It was everything we look for and are extremely happy we found it! I am sure when traveling this way again we will stop!!!! Thank you for the pride taken in this establishment.

Friendly staff and great food! I've always loved their chips and dip, and the salmon was amazing! Clean building and staff were sanitizing constantly. Server was very nice and attentive. Im from out of town, but will definitely stop back here again next time I come down. Overall, a great experience and fantastic food! Thanks for all your hard work!

The one star is for Scott who was an amazing server and tried his best to make up for the poor atmosphere. He deserves 10 stars, but would give -10 if I could. While dining in his section a nice young boy was sitting one table away from us. He was very friendly when we talked to him and even entertained us although he was sitting by himself and probably didn't want us bothering him. Right after got our food a lady who was managing the place proceeded to come over and start yelling at him loud enough for half the restaurant to hear. Based off the conversation he is a bartender there and she is the GENERAL manager. She was extremely rude and continued belittling him for several minutes. Keep in mind he was in plain clothes and definitely not on the clock. When I go out to eat with my family who I haven't seen in two years I am not trying to hear the person who is suppose to be running the place be that rude and self entitled to their own employee. She acted like we didn't exist the entire time. Everyone at our table wanted to step in and say something, but regretfully we all bit our tongues after she threatened to kick him out and not allow him to drink there anymore. He was on his second drink and clearly not drunk in anyway when we talked to him minutes before. Took everything in my body not to stand up for the poor kid, but didn't want my 94 year old mom to get kicked out of an Applebees because the GENERAL manger had an axe to grind. Scott did his best to make up for it, but we were just in disbelief and did not want to be there after that. It is no wonder every time we eat there they are short staffed. Can't imagine many people would want to work for her. We plan on going back one time soon to give that poor boy a care package. After that we will not be dining there ever again!!!

Management allows middle aged men (who was a customer) to harass and attempt to assault female pregnant employees. Making this business an unsafe work environment for people who just want to mind their business and do their jobs. Horrible place to work unless you prefer to be overworked, under paid, and for your own personal safety to mean nothing to the company. On top of that they neglect important routine cleanings done by 3rd party companies that should be done every 6 months and instead only get the floor drains cleaned every 5 YEARS in an attempt to save money . Making the entire place smell like rotten sewage once finally cleaned, even after they used 2 bottles of febreeze to try and cover it up while customers were walking in. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional to say the least.

We were seated right away. We looked at menu and sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come offer drinks and take our order. No one came to the table. There was 5 staff members and it wasn't busy. A couple came in and was seated ten minutes after us and was waited on right away.. We got up and left and they didn't even care. Not again will we step foot in there.
