If they ask you to pull up in the drive through don't do it. They will forget to bring your food to you and get your order wrong. Just so they can get their drive thru time better.

I've sat in line for now at least 20 minutes and still haven't gotten my order yet .. I will not be coming after today!!!! I sat there for 25 minutes !!!! But like I said, I won't be going back... half the staff was walking around like and standing around , like nobody was there. I finally had enough and went in , and the girl said it was hot ... I got my food and it wasn't all that hot ...

Stopped and ordered the #2 combo meal that consist of 2 breast and a wing. When I only opened the box there was only 1 breast. Can’t go back and question it because I didn’t get a receipt. Usually don’t have problem with this restaurant even with stafff shortages. 🤨🤔

Rude drive-thru service. I order 2 meals she gives me 1. I asked for ketchup I get hot sauce, I asked for honey I get none. The drinks were wet with soda on the lid and outside. The woman talks so rude to us it was unbelievable. Food was ok.

Meals say they come with cookies and never have I received that cookie, even after mentioning it because they forgot an item so I had to go in and get it.

Placed an order on their app at 536 in the evening as soon as I did it said that the order was ready. Went to pick it up with confirmation number and everything and they tell me they have no order and that they had nothing to do with the app. Continued to tell me it was doordash which it wasn’t and that they couldn’t do anything about it since “it never came up on their screen”. I was charged and they said I had to figure out how to get my money back from the app because they say they have nothing to do with the app. They are disrespectful on top of it.

Great service on my visit. Given the shortages of food items lately at various restaurants, I was able to get all of the items that I wanted. The new chicken sandwich was great especially for someone who grew up on famous recipe. My only wishes were that the mashed potatoes and biscuits were better.

Bad bad bad they really need to get some good help. We ordered a 16 pc and got an 8 pc someone can’t count. It looked like a child just dumped our order in the bucket and then put a lid that was to small for the bucket. Then I tried to call 50 times and no one answered the phone. It was really bad service all the way around. Never again I will drive to concord to Mr C Chicken. At least they have good service and people.
