If you want under cooked food, go here. Wendy's has a crispness guarantee, but it means nothing here, if your fries are soggy and under cooked they will give you the same batch of fries that are under cooked to replace them. This place makes McDonald's look like a 5 star restaurant. Long wait for under cooked food, just avoid at all costs, especially with the cost now. Soggy fries don't work with a frosty. Last several times I tried to order well done fries, cashier laughed and said yep, then soggy fries. Ask for a refund because the food wasn't correct, they gave me a replacement exactly the same as the incorrect food.

Pulling a trailer and unable to go through the drive-thru we parked across the way to go grab some Wendy's for dinner. Three of the workers whom we're taking a break out front informed us they were short staff so the lobby was not open. I recall working in restaurants when we were short staffed we didn't let three people take a break all at the same time. I'm also not quite sure why the lobby being open takes additional staff then just running the drive-thru. Said I think the manager should consider their policy of closing the lobby having shortages. I get staffing shortages is a real issue today but not everybody can drive through.
