Ordered on the app yesterday 4/2/22 and my card was charged but when I got there the location was CLOSED.
Not my reg location, but app ordering should be shut off if location is closed.

Stopped in for a quick refill on our drinks. This place was okay. Fairly clean, nice folks behind the counter. It has a drive thru, plus indoor and outdoor seating.
The outdoor area was kept very clean, and you have umbrellas to block the sun and give you some shade. Overall good location.

Barista's Struggle to make my drinks accurately.
Not a huge deal but I've given up after several go rounds... thankfull there are 4 others in town. Remember this is only based on my experience. Im sure others have had coffee perfection.
I would recommend going to the SBs at fred meyers or the north Albany location. Thes locations seem to be the most consistent.

They know me well enough when I don't order my usual, when wanted suggest beverages when I ask and very friendly.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable overall. The downside with Starbucks is that you get to know so many of the staff and then 6-8 months later they are leaving; going to another store; of have just finished their education and moving on to other careers. If they make your drink or serve an item that does not taste the way you expected it to taste, they will quickly address the issue and re-make your drink for you; or take whatever steps to take care of you, as appropriate.
