This is not the matter of service this is the matter of taste every single day have different taste of coffee mostly I order medium hot coffee 4 sugar and 3 cream but the taste different every day I think the honor have to take action and retrain the employees. Or next time I will try to complain to airport authorities.

Order and get from any other duncan. Even a kindergartner named duncan can do a better job. I work at the airport and end up eating here more often than i would like and everytime something goes wrong. How do you forget the cheese on a bacon egg and cheese. The cheese melt, should be, i dont know, melted!?

Amber was rude and snippy when my family and I asked if she knew when other stores closed, as we ordered our food from her. Also felt she was giving dirty looks to us. Not sure if she had a bad day but I was really taken back by the attitude.

The new gentleman Doug that works the night shift, he's very good at his job. Very efficient as well as attentive, and my coffee tasted fantastic!! It's nice to see a friendly face when getting off a long flight!
