I can't say how many times I've been disappointed. Last time I ordered a $5 box, not only was my drink missing but so was an item that was supposed to be in the box. A couple other times I got it door dashed and found hair the 2 times I ordered. I really should just go to Arlington but I settle for this place as it's up the street from my house.

0 stars if possible. ordered off doordash, a nacho fries box and nacho fries on the side, DIDNT EVEN GET NACHO FRIES. the subbed it out for chips but when i get a nacho fries box, i expect nacho fries. what’s so hard about that? the receipt even said nacho fries box with more nacho fries and these mongoloids can’t even give me so dam nacho fries. L taco bell. read the order and execute. it’s not that hard. do better.

Says they are open til a later time and never are. There internet is always down. So hopefully you bring cash at hand. The folks who work here during the day are great. At night… I’ve never had a great experience. The staff is typically joking around, conversations with each other and it’s frustrating management at night allows it.

**KAREN ALERT**Had an a.m.door dash pick up at this location. Sat at the intercom for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Finally pulled up to window to be greeted by an extremely rude chic who would not hang a sign saying the store was closed do to worthless employees such as herself. This would have been the intelligent thing to do to help them and dashers. She called me every name in the book for suggesting she hang a sign so dashers didn't have to waste time and gas. Pitiful excuse for a business. She needs fired!

Ok for a quick bite as a hunger buster. Not near the value that it once was. After recently visiting numerous authentic Mexican restaurants, Taco Bell has become a much less value, portion and cost wise as once thought.

Went there for one thing and one thing only, a Baja Blast. Now considering Taco Bell is widely known for their Baja Blast products I expected to get one with zero problems at all, WRONG. THEY WERE OUT OF BAJA BLAST…HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE! BE BETTER!

Food had a burnt taste and chalupa was so hard I could barely bite into it. I gave it 2 stars because the guy at the drive thru was super friendly

I went through the drive through with a huge $50 order. By the time I got to the window they already had it done and even labeled everything! I was shocked and impressed.
