Chicken salad on croissant 🥐 was rather wet. Really did have any taste. 🍓 Strawberry mint 🍋 lemonade was great with a touch of 🍏🍎, cranberry juice 🥤 in it but wasn't worth twenty dollars.

Food is good but the service isn’t great. I feel like I have a issue with a work every other time I go in.

I had the best experience with the cashier. She was a young black girl(wish I knew her name) but she gave me the best customer service I have experienced in years. How ever I tried to let the manager now how well her employee was doing and she was so rude and acted like she would rather do anything but talk to me. When I told her about her employee she snaps at me yea I know I have been here 30 years and walked away. Maybe she was busy but anything you say to the manager she comes back very rude. But the cashier needs a raise a bonus or something because the way she treats customers you don't see anymore. She was awesome!!!

The Panera bread at this location on Howe Rd in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio Is the worst one I have been to. The service is terrible and the food doesn’t taste the same as other Panera bread I have been to. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time it is the same or worse. The manager is not helpful nor does he explain things clearly and is confrontational, there is no accommodation for individuals with a medical situation.

16oz ordered and paid drink in a 12oz cup!?!?! For $4.89, I want the full amount, not some lame excuse "this is the picture that the drinks come in." Well my receipt says 16oz and you gave me only 12oz. You owe me a balance of $1.22.😡

I like this Panera due to the vast amount of seating and because it is always clean when I come here. I cannot always say the same about other establishments.
