I paid over a $100 to ne in a construction zone. It's literally a safely hazard. I tried explaining to my kiddos, but they insisted & had been waiting all week. I would have went to Canton had I known. This needs to be updated on Google. Also, with the remodel some games ae missing. Do no waste your money or risk your safety. There was one sales associate & the manager never hoped on a register. People waited 20 minutes.

Probably one of the best Chuck E. Cheese's I have been to, hands down! The staff and management is amazingly friendly, not a single frown. The food is always cooked well done and they have a fantastic show and atmosphere! I've always loved this store for there dedication and love. I will continue to come back!

Had a terrible experience. I purchased the $36 package for my daughter, at the end of the night, she said her points expire at midnight, when I was about to pause her card so we can use the points another day. She was all around rude, plus the pizza was insanely small for a large. I feel she talked me into alot of extra stuff, too and be slick about it. Thinking she can butter me up. I had 2 witnesses, and she was still nasty all around. I want refunded somehow.

Alot has changed since I was growing up in the 90s. Definitely the prizes. These days you need hundreds to thousands of tickets, for the scrawniest cheapest prizes. In the 90s-early 2000s, you could win a headset or even a gaming system. The atmosphere feels let go, even the kids are bored when I went in. Now I didn't go in for gamings sake, I went in for a dose of nostalgia. I walked around, barely anyone there. This was a Saturday evening too, so I expected a crowded place. No, just a few kids looking bored hanging on the machines.

Clean. The pizza is good for sure. The staff is friendly and will fix a machine if there is an issue. The games are in good condition, sometimes the sketch photo booth is out of paper. Pro tip for adults, they serve beer. Also getting the unlimited play on time card is the way to go, another pro tip you can pause your card.
