Just came here for my espresso. The drive through line was very long so I went inside. Every worker was hustling big time! They were also very friendly, still carried a smile on the face and was pleasant to interact with. These guys deserve a 10 star!! Greatly appreciate the kindness, hard working and great customer service. Keep up the great work.

Something about Dunkin Donuts is the food is always good, their breakfast is better then other fast food restaurants in the area and their prices are definitely lower then others as well, amazing considering the quality and care that goes into their menu. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is that the drive through line on the weekend is long, all the way wrapped around to the main road ( Manchester Rd.) an accident waiting to happen. I don’t know if it’s like this on the weekdays because I only go on Saturday mornings.

Visited recently with my family to grab both food and drinks. The drive thru line here is always long it seems, but it does move fast. We went inside, where the store was clean and well kept. The food and drinks were made quickly and tasted good. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Every time I go here my drink sucks, today they gave my husband the entirely wrong drink. Dissatisfied, try to be more like Wadsworth Dunkin. They're great.
This is the text I sent my husband for the order, label is what I got, coffee is disgusting the label and the actual order aren't even similar..
Will not be giving them business any longer.

Cleanliness of bathroom 2/10, customer service from staff 0/10. After using the restroom I wanted to get a coffee. Stood there 40-60 seconds and all 4 employees didn't even so much as acknowledge I existed. Walked out. I am so confused by this location as I have been to every location in the Canton area and they have all been superb. Ownership and or management is the only thing I can think of. I'll hit the Taco Bell next door if I need to use the restroom. Will still buy their ground beans and visit Stark County locations but this place? I'll avoid like the plague.

This is thee best Dunkin in north east Ohio. I’ve visited many Dunkin’ Donuts before and it’s always a hit or miss. But each time I go to this Dunkin I am always so impressed my coffee tastes so good. I’ll be going out of my way to go here

I ordered A medium latte warm. There was nobody in front of me. As soon as I got to the window she handed me my drink. I thought wow that was quick because I just ordered it 10 not even 10 seconds ago. I pulled away and I was waiting at the light and I grab the cup and it was not hot and my coffee was cold so they served me a drink it’s supposed to be hot so probably just sitting out. And I open the cup and it wasn’t even a latte. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this Dunkin’ Donuts. But I will never come here again
