Two day ago I stopped into this Panera location to grab a couple pastries and was kinda of surprised at how they were running things. The line was pretty long behind me and I watched the manager stand there doing nothing. Not trying to take anyone’s order. The other people working were also just hanging around talking, besides one worker Val. Val was basically running the whole store and doing an amazing job. Val was super fast and very kind to all the customers. She deserve more appreciation.

The workers here have always done a great job as long as I’ve been going here. I’m very thankful for the food and the space that they provide as I go there often to get food and meet up with people to talk about faith. Thank you.

I hate to say it but if I could give a 0 star I would. We used to love ordering here. But the last few times the food was terrible. Today was the last straw. Brown lettuce, bad avocado and the order was wrong. The whole salad had maybe a cup of lettuce at most .........do not order. Our order was over 90.00 and when we call they basically said to bad, nothing we can do.

Every time I go there the food is great. The people who work there are great too. I definitely recommend their hot chocolate with whipped cream and Carmel drizzle.

The Souffle was ok. Too much pastry for me. Coffee, pretty good.

Dirty bathrooms, slow service and mot p ecoffe urn had coffee. They didn't seem to care.

Just walked out. Standing at a closed register no one said a word or acknowledged me. Could've told me it was closed. Meanwhile four people piled in at the one register that was open. Won't be back. Go to McDonald's where it's cheaper and can get waited on
