Ordered a late night treat and that order was a cinnamon roll. When I opened the box there was a half eaten Krispy Kreme donut in it. This is not only the wrong item, it is disgusting and a potential health issue.

Went to this location today after a terrible terrible experience at another location, on Dallas Acworth Highway. I had written McDonald's about the horrid experience. Ari, the supervisor of that location called to rectify the situation and allowed me to go into any of 29 locations she oversaw and have our food compensated. Shout out to her, too, for being so great and going above and beyond to right a wrong. We decided on this location. The manager, Carol, was so extremely nice and very helpful and made us feel much better (and much more welcome) than the manager of the aforementioned location. All of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean. Probably the best experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. Some managers need to take a few lessons from Carol, just saying.

Who ever was in the back drive through at 1:30 on 5/11/2022 was extremely rude. I was still quietly deciding what I wanted with my passenger. She said “how my I take your order” before I could ask for a second she said it again louder shocked I didn’t say anything and then she did it again yelling at me. I work for McDonald’s and I understand how it is but being flat out rude and ghetto is uncalled for. Now the food. It was gross. The meat was black and burnt clearly had been in the cabinet for way too long. I asked for a McDouble no pickle light ketchup and a twenty piece nugget. The nuggets were also old and had been in there too long. I was going to see a movie at 1:45 so didn’t have time to come back and complain in person. I will not be returning except to get a refund. This place is always rude.

Update as of November 21, 2021
Came back because everything else was closing and my husband ordered our entire family food including our children. Everyone but me had chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich, I got the double cheese burger with no cheese. I was last to sit down and eat and when I took one bite noticed my food tasted rancid like old meat. I was afraid to swallow so I spit it out. My husband tried it as well and also spit it out from the fowl taste. Upon further inspection I found a MAGGOT INSIDE THE MEAT! I immediately called the store to make a complaint to the manager and was immediately told “that’s not true” “there is no way” “you’re wrong” in a very disrespectful tone. She then said “if it’s true come to the store and show me” and that’s exactly what we did. We brought back our remaining food and drinks and asked for a refund. I presented the meat with the maggot inside and was still told I was wrong and it was part of the meat. I was also told that if I didn’t like their food to eat somewhere else. They were very disrespectful and only gave me a refund for part of my order. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Had a fish sandwich. The bun was so dry I literally could not bite it. As they were busy, I just ate the filet. I waited to talk to manager. I just wanted to inform her and didn’t want anything in return. She was very apologetic and offered me another bun. Since I had already eaten the fish, I said no thanks. She asked if I lived around the area and I told he I didn’t. She insisted I have a pie or ice cream. She even offered one to my husband. He declined. I very much appreciated her kindness. Customer service is usually a thankless job. I just wanted to say Thanks.

Cold quarter pounder with cheese? I thought these were made to order with their new true ground beef. But as always that's a lie. Cutting corners everywhere they can. The other chains are better, Wendy's truly makes the burger when you order it.

Drive Thru is a bit slow in the midnight hours! Food should be fresh after waiting as long as we did... unfortunately the double cheeseburgers were not hot. I have no clue what happened to our fast food abilities....

Terrible service, the night crew can’t handle a rush ordering food online is pointless, it’s sad when the night drive thru line wraps around building every single night . This night crew need to do better and if management doesn’t look into the long drive thru times at night they are failing as a manager. They also have old restaurant grade in window. Regional managers are needed to step in here and show these employees what good service is
