Panda Express

Ordered delivery through their app and accidentally put in the incorrect address for it to be delivered to (I was one number off, finger just slipped and I didn’t catch it.) Called the store immediately to remedy the issue and was told there was nothing they could do. Okay, fine, I understand that it might have been out of their hands on their end. Asked for a refund and was flat out denied a refund? I had to track down the delivery driver myself (which I understand is partly my fault) but when I finally got the order it was missing one of my entrees. Have been very disappointed in their customer service for a while now but this definitely takes the cake.

The food is on par as any other chinese tasting experience around, which to me is average. As it was my first time at this chain of restaurant, I was happy to observe that the food looked to be prepared fresh and it was served hot. But I was thoroughly annoyed that I was charged at the register the full price of a fountain drink for each of the 3 cups of water we asked for with our meals... $2.50 x 3 = $7.50 for 3 waters in a cup!! I was not advised by the employee that our cups of water would have a "same as" cost, nor is it on their price board. Even so, when ever charged for drinking water by other merchants, it has only been the price of the cup, 10 -15 cents right? This is enough for me to drop my rating of this location, if not the chain as a whole, down to 2 star. We spent over $40 on the food alone. We do not enjoy soda or want water from a plastic bottle, still I think the practice of charging for tap water is absurd considering that we paid for 4 meals.
