Dunkin' Donuts

After working 14 hours, Drove 15 minutes to get to this one, as the others literally just shut at 7pm. Went in and asked for a sandwich, but nope, not available because "they close in 40 minutes, so only donuts and coffee..." I use to work at one of these when I was a young kid, and those ovens don't take long to clean. We use to shut then down 15 mins before closing which made sense, and not mention, I've been in plenty of DD locations in the area that shut earlier, but I've gotten sandwichs regularly within 5-10 mins of closing before.. Maybe it depends on who owns the Dinkins. This one 🌬️

Hot chocolate always tastes watery here....I ended up throwing it away today. I usually place mobile orders, and they're not correct the majority of the time. They also tend to forget parts of your order, so double check! They're quick, which is a plus, and *usually* friendly, but not always. I prefer other DD locations....

Don’t bother to go here, if you have to, check your items before you walk out the store. I ordered a matcha donut and another 6 donuts. The staff gave me 6 donuts total. I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese and she didn’t give me that! I ordered curbside pick up but she asked another customer to tell me to walk in. I walked in and saw there’s only two small bags on the table, I asked if it’s all, the staff answered yes it’s all. I didn’t see any donuts so I asked where is the donut, then she gave me a box of donuts. What kind of staff is she? The most terrible experience I've ever have. Before tonight I thought this kind of thing would only happen in the movie.

i ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and hot Macha Latte. But they gave me plain bagel with egg. One of employees who is a Chinese lady told me" You said 'Plain bagel" with angry voice tone. I said Ok. she kept saying that. I was mad and throw my order inside trash bin.. Plz do not go to this dunkin at all. the Customer service is very horrible and rude.

coffee tastes burnt and watered down, the food quality has plummeted since becoming a huge nation wide chain. Mediocre fast food at best. Your better off buying a metal to go cup and getting your own stuff to make at home & bring with you. Cant make your own? Spend the extra dollar 50 and go to StarBucks.
