Dunkin'

I love this Dunkin! I've been coming here for at least ten years consistently. The staff is excellent, and seem to always go above and beyond for me. In the early morning, it can be quite busy but it's worth the wait. The people are amazing. RIP to Mary who was a staple there for many years - she is deeply missed. Tip them well, they deserve it!

The worst and slowest service ever!!! They're always deciding to lock the door and only serve the drive thru, while they have like 10+ cars on the drive thru all the time!!!! I placed my order using on the go (walk in) and the lady refused to give me my food when I walked up to the window and started blaming me because she was so busy. How am I the one responsible for the fact that they’re understaffed and busy ? They really expected me to wait in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes just because they decided to lock their door. Whoever is the manager of the store, you need to teach your employees how to communicate with customers professionally and politely

all i wanted was a plain bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and the women who was doing the drive way was snappy and rude. when we got out food they just threw just a PLAIN BAGEL!! i opened the egg and cheese and THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD!! worst dunkin service i’ve ever had.

Cashier Darlene was very snappy,impatient, and rude with me for no reason. I only asked for 2 medium hot coffees one hazelnut black and one hazelnut cream and Splenda and a 2 for $3 wake up wrap she acted like I was being demanding and difficult when it's a standard order. This isn't "customer is always right" it's have more patience and don't be unnecessarily rude.
