Starbucks

Just wow! We were traveling from Massachusetts to Florida and was in desperate need of some caffeine. This location closed at 9pm. We arrived at 8:57! The employees all welcomed us with enthusiasm and said it was fine, that we’re happy to make us some drinks for the road. Neither of us being big on coffee, one of the employees recommended a cappuccino with caramel and a splash of French vanilla. What a sinful bit delightful cup of Java!!!! The dinning area was immaculate and well organized.

The Caramel Crunch Frappe w/extra caramel drizzle was everything I needed today. I don't like the taste of coffee and I must say, I didn't taste coffee at all. I got a Tall and I love sweet drinks so this definitely was a sweet treat for me. This is not something I can get all the time because I'm sure the calories are out of this world. Overall, a super delicious drink!

One of the most we'll run and operated locations I've been to. Coming from the land of coffee and Starbucks it was a welcoming site to have friendly staff and quick service. Even though I wasn't in a hurry the three times I stopped by I wasn't disappointed. The peppermint, soy, not too hot mocha with whip was very good and was enjoyable, (insert cliche term) to the last drop.

For the THIRD time in 2 months, my order was delivered from Starbucks with my $10 coffee missing. Who orders Starbucks and forgets the coffee? Ridiculous. They’ve also been missing whole breakfast sandwiches. Even despite my sending text messages asking them to check the items before leaving, they still forget entire items. I’ve also sent texts asking them to separate the hot and cold items because one of my sons favorites is the cake pop which they ALWAYS mix in with hot items and it melts the cake pop, completely ruining it. I totally understand covid has made things difficult for everyone but when I’m going out of my way to support your business, there is absolutely no excuse to let things fall by the wayside like this. If you can’t take pride in what you’re delivering to your customers than stop making delivery an option.

Staff seemed more into laughing and goofing off than then taking orders and helping guest. I don't come to this store much but my boss wanted a coffee and I told her I would grab her one on my way into work. Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 coffees. And there was only two other people in the store besides me. I will not be coming back here again

This place is horrible. I ordered a coffee for my mother who is a senior which was made wrong they closed early at the same time that I was here around 2pm. I came right back within 10 minutes and the workers ignored her they kept shaking their heads and would not assist her with a refund or reorder. I understand the place is closed but they could have refunded me as I used a card payment. I have never had this issue with Starbucks ever! All the workers should be fired for the lack of customer service skills. If I owned this place I would fire everyone for this very incident. I called Fallston location and the manager offered to remake the coffee free of charge or refund me. I will be calling the manager on Monday.
