Nice people, big open space with excellent views. Disability access is not OK as steep narrow steps seem to be only entry point. To be fair this is highlighted in website.
We only stopped for tea, but they have a good menu. Ifyou are in the area, the garden centre and this cafe/restaurant are both worth a visit.

Great restaurant inside of the main garden centre building at Newman's, Chapel Dewi.
Pre booked a late Sunday lunch which was very tasty, staff welcoming and friendly with food served quickly.
Nice cakes too.
Update April 23 - Sunday breakfast, not busy, friendly quick service and tasty food.
