Not very good cold cookie pie straight from the fridge no option to hest it and the tiniest scoop of ice cream to go with it and the worst syrups I've ever tasted service was ok but still mich better ice cream places around for the price
Had a bueno sundae and a smores sundae. They were just poor on the flavour side and left a bad aftertaste plus a stale wafer on top. To top it off they were pricey.
Great portion sizes and lots of flavours to choose from, and a whole freezer of vegan options too! can't wait for the next dose of brain freeze!
A first time visit to 16 Below. I had the Bicoff Sundae, which was fantastic. Plus the size of it, definitely a 2 man job, but I managed. Can’t wait to visit again.
Baileys cheesecake with toffee sauce, chocolate buttons and crumbled flake………..amazing!
Interesting ice cream flavours too, including butterscotch and rainbow banana.

The ice cream sundaes were awesome! (Maybe a little too full as in overflowing but not an issue) Staff could of been a little friendlier I feel but hey we all have our bad days 😊 …
