Bojangles'

This is the third time I have been here in the last six months. EVERY time it is the same story. Absolutely rude customer service. The woman talked to me as if she was doing me a favor. Didn't count my change back, just shoved her hand out of the plastic devider. My order was wrong. I was missing fries and a sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like fish. The chicken tasted great though(i ordered the 8 piece family meal. The dirty rice that came with it was over cooked). The inside of the restaurant was trashed. You could see food that was ground into the floor. Yhink I will take a year off from eating here again.

I have attached a photo. It was undercooked! There was blood and the meat was a light pinkish color with bloody spots and cold on the inside. Only the thighs and breast pieces were undercooked, the wings and the drumsticks were fine. They didn't let the larger pieces cook thoroughly. I understand they want to get the food out quickly, but please keep the customers in mind. Those who don't have patience and are mean to the fast food workers deserve to get bloody chicken. However I understand there may be short staff workers and some wait times, but I'd rather be waiting than get my food cold and bloody. I will not be returning.

The past couple of days I’ve been coming here my fries have not been up to par. i should stop coming back all together, I don’t usually say anything but today I had a hair in my food. To make things worse I found it towards the middle of the box, which makes me think “have I been eating hair the whole time”. This is not the first time I’ve heard of this being a problem here, something needs to definitely change.

The staff was awesome they helped us with a large order to bless a family who lost a family member.The staff worked together (Chris/ Ms.K-supervisor ) With also helping other customers.Awsome job!!! By far the worst Bojangles experience I've ever had. Sit in the drive through for 25-30 mins for a chicken sandwich combo, extra chicken sandwich, fries and a coke. And the food was cold! Wth takes that long then goes out the window cold? And no Bojangles sauce? Needs help bad I will be going to KFC across the street next time. I will not be back here.

There needs to be an option for no stars or negative stars. I try to get lunch there 3 times this week and every order was wrong. i guess I should give myself 1 star for thinking they could get an order right. They are rude, slow and the staff looks like they are doing you a favor as they screw up your order. The worst drive thru I have ever experienced.
