Overall rate: 4/5. The ambience was definitely an eye grabber. Reminded me of my old nana’s place back home. The classical Fairuz songs definitely gave me the pleasant and peaceful lunch vibe. Staff are very friendly and quite helpful. No comments to add at all as they were great. The Good Stuff: - The falafel IS A MUST! The best I have had till date. Just the way I love it. - The lahm bi ajeen was good. A little Tabasco will definitely make it tastier. Didn’t feel the meat had enough spices but you can always add hot sauce which will do the trick. - The steamed vegetables with tomato sauce was...okay. A little more tomato sauce with spices could do the trick. - The kebbe, French Fries, cubed meat with tomato sauce and hummus with meat were also good. Not much to comment on. - And the classic Mojito. SO. REFRESHING!!! Coming back for more! Now...The Not So Good Stuff: - Armenian Sojok. It was mostly the taste of bread than the sojok. Now I’m used to the peppery sojok, probably a matter of preference, but I did expect a lot more from it. - The vine leaves with rice. The rice was a little uncooked and hard. Was not able to enjoy it so...Sorry guys. - Foul with tomato. I did not like how it was done. Probably the foul was not properly boiled or the tomato sauce was weak...Not quite sure. - The cheese and meat samosas. The cheese samosa was not really cheesy and it felt more bread. The meat samosa...Not too meaty either. I’d visit again for sure, overall I was satisfied and will order some other stuff in the menu. Other than that, great food and great Middle Eastern vibe!

We had a fantastic experience at Mum’s Table. We were greeted and served by a warm, helpful, lovely waitress. The decor is unique and really within the food theme. The food we ordered was fantastic, a perfectly balanced Manakeesh and Lahmeh Shokaf. Both super tasty and great portion sizes.

The worst Syrian/ Lebanese / Levantine food you can eat . Nothing to do with Levanese food at all . The tabouleh lack salt or lemon instead it has pomegranate juice that makes it super sour, every single dish in the pictures and I ordered had pomegranate molasses syrup which should not have . Those pictures are after I am done trying and will not eat . Food is heavily salted as well , especially the Muhammara . I only and barely ate the tabbouleh and that’s about it . Do not waste your money . Food is not edible unless you want to have high stomach acidity heart burn and high blood pressure from the salt in the food . I highly doubt this food was prepared by a levant chef . I ordered today May 26,2020 at 2:50 pm

Their service was slow, not enough plates and glasses (asked several times but apparently they can’t count), supposedly homemade items were clearly made from frozen McCain’s products, some items looked like they had been sitting for a while or had been reheated, and food was not fresh and generally lacking in flavor. Also, they charge 24 Dirhams for “Imported Drinking Water” which is Aquafina made in the UAE! How is something made in the UAE imported?! Overrated, overpriced - Do not recommend at all!

Visiting this restaurant was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had in all my visits to F&B outlets across Dubai and other cities. The restaurant chooses to not accept zomato gold offers at its convenience during 'peak' periods which seems to be completely against the rules. The waitors do not seem to be well trained and courteous to the needs of customers, they had absolutely no idea of the contents of the menu and we were made to wait unusually long for dishes to be served or to gain their attention. The food took unusually long to be served and was below average quality. After being served with our first order, we placed an order for a simple appetizer, only to wait 45-50 minutes only to be told that our order has been delivered to someone else. And worst of all, when we wanted to give constructive feedback to the manager so that they may improve on their innovative concept, we were completely disrespected and asked to leave very rudely by the manager who clearly has no interest in improving the services and performance of the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant in a place like Dubai where the customers are treated with so much respect and courtesy. After speaking to several restaurant owners across D3, I now understand why a restaurant with so much potential is boycotted.

Manager refused to accept Zomato Gold first because of « an event » in the neighborhood (nothing related to the restaurant itself). Then he refused to talk to us and we had to insist as Zomato wanted to clarify with him on the phone. He refused to talk with Zomato and then explained this was a special menu served. This is against the T&Cs of Zomato Gold and this restaurant should not appear in the list of applicable offers.

Located in the heart of @d3dubai - @mumstablerest serves Middleeastern fusion food and with Ramadan - just 58 dirhams for an iftar platter that includes a soup, salad, some bread with fresh hummous and a chef special of the day main course. I’d recommend you to try their lamb with rice! Chicken wasn’t that nice. Their karak chai was great! The serving’s good enough for one person. I can’t resist my sweet tooth so I tried their cream kunefa too- LOVED IT!

We came to try the traditional food ( daily dish ) we ordered 2 dish and none of it taste traditional and bad quality when we called the manager to give a feedback the manager / owner was not accepting that his food is tasteless not not quality as well the way he spoke to us was not acceptable/ bad behavior When we told him the food quality is not good ! He told us straight the way ( it’s ok we will not let you to pay the bill !!!! Nice cozy place with beautiful decor. This Syrian-Lebanese place is a must visit when in Dubai Design District. I had a quick catch up with my friend after work and ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad and Chicken Shawarma Food was tasty and everything was fresh. I would definitely want to go to this place to try out some other dishes on their menu too.

This beautiful Syrian-Lebanese place is a delight to visit during the evenings. I visited with my dad after work hours to have a quick but light early dinner. We started off with a nice hot cup of Karak Chai and Cappuccino. We mixed our starters & main courses by having Shish Tawook, Chicken Liver, Hummus, and Meat&Cheese Samosa. Great portion for two, maybe even 3. I truly loved the Samosa and Shish Tawook. They served us fresh bread (not pictured) and that was the best to have with everything. Ended the meal with Honey Cake. Delicious food and great staff. They suggested and glad it was what we ordered at the end.

One of the sweet Syrian resturant i have been. Very positive vibrant ambiance with old style decorations like tape recorders bells etc etc Had Mama Ganouj - Char grilled eggplant served with chilled Pomegranate and sauce. Very mouthful Mixed Grill- We asked for all Chicken Skewers and replaced Garlic sauce with Hummus (which is really good) Overall Good experience except the serving size of the drinks which have almost 8-10 ice-cubes and very less drink in it

An extremely shocking and disappointing experience when we popped in for dessert... the menu for their Kunafa with ice cream shows AED 37 and at the the end when the bill came, got charged AED 59!!!! When asked why, they casually explained that they hadn't updated menu and it was a wrong price listed!! If this isn't a scam, what is? Why dish out a menu if it shows the wrong pricing?? Honestly, it was late in the night and we didn't have the energy to fight but isn't the restaurant cheating it's customers by stating any price they feel like at the end of the meal? If there is a typo on the menu, shouldn't the restaurant bear that responsibility? Absolutely disgusting... don't dine at this restaurant... they cheat money out of you!!

Great vibe, decor and Levant food menu. Awesome lunch platter on week days...a hidden gem in D3. I ordered the fish which was perfectly grilled, lightly spiced with Arabic spices. It was served with lentil soup which was pretty light and good, felafel (ordered separately) was not the best I have had but acceptable, muhammara with the bread complemented the meal quite well. Overall an experience worth recommending.

First of all, this is arabic cuisine as it’s finest. Many thanks to Abed, the owner, who’s hospitality makes you really feel the “love” he put in everything, from the decor to his mom’s recipes. You’ll be amazed by the decor followed by the creative menus in passport type, with the date the restaurant opened its doors, and his dad and mom’s names. The place gives you a cozy feeling, plus the location is very accessible, in D3. You’ll find variation in the menu and the food is simply delicious, so far tried just few dishes like Grilled Salmon with baked potatoes, Manakesh, Shish Tauok plate and Kunafa ( best kunafa I’ve tried so far! ) Portions are big, prices are decent as well! I will definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants really tasty arabic food and nice experience overall!

I visited this place accidentally as I was in d3 for some work. Got in to the place to have some quick bites. Interior was superbly done and creative to match d3 audience. Loved the food and their service was the quickest i have ever witnessed! We were 2 people...over-ordered a little but no regrets since requested for the remaining to be packed as takeaway. Our total was AED 160/- for lunch that was very filling. It included appetizers, salads, 2 main dishes and 2 drinks. The interior is very lively, bright and chic. The serving staff was welcoming, smiley and attentive. Definitely coming back here since it is across my office!

This place has became our ultimate destination for Syrian Cuisine cravings, not only do they serve authentic mouthwatering dishes but also their magnificent cozy interior As the name indicates his inspiration was his mother who is also painted on one of the walls ❤️❤️ I loved how they choose their ingredients very carefully and you can literally feel the freshness and the strong flavors in every dish❤️❤️ We visited this place in the middle of the week at lunch time and tried their daily dishes and starters Dishes ordered Kebba labnya : yogurt had the perfect texture and the meat was well cooked and fresh Shwarma: I have to say it is different than the Shawrma platters that we order at the other places and more like the ones that are homemade, I loved how they marinated the chicken and that gives it a mouthwatering taste Fatoush: very good portion for such price and very fresh influencers Tabula: perfect amount of salt and seasoning, I also liked the addition of pomegranate making it unique Vine leaves: honestly couldn’t stop eating until we finished it all highly recommended Kunafeh: super fresh straight out of the oven and tastes soo good the best part it wasn’t too sweet Matte: a very famous Syrian drink that you must try, not so many places serves it so loved that they have it here Totally expecting was super good from the very friendly staff to the yummy food with great presentation

This review is old but it is what it is. I wrote the feedback down waiting for them to go live on Zomato. The first time was sad. I’m removing the details. They must get their act together on the service. Too take so long and then mess up orders..... Second time still not on Zomato - again the service was bad and orders mixed with the owner saying we shouldn’t judge as he just opened.... rationalizing the poor service Third time stones in the daily dish and no change for a bigger note Fourth time wrong orders. Served beans when asked for veggie dish. Had meat. Kept bringing it back. Offered to remove meat. Obviously not sensitive to vegetarians. Been awhile now haven’t been back. Why did we go back four times? The food when right was good. Wanted to give it a chance .

The place, ambience and design is very nice. We tried the foul and falafel which were very tasty. However, everything else was tasteless. The labneh, hummus, and halloumi tasted like canned food. The mum's omelette had absolutely no taste at all although it was filled with vegs. The karak was terrible and I suggest removing it from the menu. This restaurant requires so much to improve the menu.

Not bad for a delivery order. I ordered Mum's breakfast with a littlr bit of labneh, makdoos, fresh veggies and a piece of halloumi and olives. This works for two. In addition I ordered manakish zaatar and cheese. So far no one in Dubai makes a proper Lebanese Mankousheh even Lebanese Restaurants and they are many. Not bad overall.

I seriously stopped eating just to write this review, True authentic cusine, now I understood what it mean made with love. I ordered vine leaves waraq unab and fatte , stuffing of vine leaves is amazing my buds truly sensed every flavor the fatte truly made me feel home it arrived hot out of the oven cooked to perfection.

Had a very quick dinner at mum's table in Design District. Had mixed grill, spicy potatoes and hummus. Both excellent and good service. If we had more time would have stayed and enjoyed more of their menu

This place has amazing ambience and great staff. Went for a quick drink and tried their Hot chocolate and Lavazza Mango Mojito. The hot chocolate had perfect flavor and was topped with whipped cream (According to your taste, you can opt with whipped cream or without). The mango mojito was refreshing and exactly what I was looking for during afternoon. They have different flavors like pineapple, strawberry etc, and you can choose them according to your favorite. Definitely going back to try their main cuisines. Recommended ✅

A great, affordable(relatively) option for a Middle Eastern meal at D3. It gets super packed during rush hours, but the staff try their best. Have had 2 of their manakeeshes, and some other dishes including their kebabs. Really good, tasty stuff. In a place like D3, getting a meal where 4 people eat within a 100Dhs is a tough ask, but we managed to do exactly that here. Good value for money, decor is nice, and food is delicious. Nothing more you can ask for, with he exception of perhaps increasing their capacity for lunch hours.

Fist time to visit a restaurant look like fancy and nice atmosphere. The decorations so beautiful and old design. The food was good like mama 😁 good portions but the price higher than usual There’s table games that’s nice and tv for matches also for whom love football. اشوف ان الاكل اقل من عادي والشوربة طعمها كأنها ماقي اللي بالأكياس، اعطونا مويه ماطلبناها بعشره درهم الوحده وانصدمت فيها بالفاتورة! و زايدين طلبات عالفاتورة لين نبهناهم يعدلونها، فأنصح تراجعون فواتيركم. below average food, chicken soup taste like the magi packets made with powder. Only the Grills were good. I Was offered water 10 dirham each without asking for it!! And the bill came with additional items that I didn’t ask for and they told me by mistake & they had to fix it, so I recommend that you double check your bills. Two stars for the interior design.

أحسن شي عندهم الماء و الخبز🤣🤣. الله يديم النعمه تجربه تبقى عالقه في الذهن من سوئها . ما اعرف الشيف اللي عندهم ما يعرف ان الاكل البايت واضح!! لحم المشاوي طعمه مو طبيعي، الكبه تركناها بالصحن نفس ماهي (غير قابله للاستهلاك البشري) ياحسافة المبلغ اللي اندفع بس.

نصيحتي لابد تزور هذا مطعم لانه جدا لذيذ. كنك تاكل طبخ بيت .الخدمه سريعه والموظفين بشوشين والاسعار ليست غاليه ، القعده الدخليه مميزه بالديكور التراثي وكذلك القعده الخارجيه مريحه وبالأخص في شهر ديسمبر وتطل على برج خليفه. ميزة المطعم انه مفتوح اربعه وعشرين ساعه على مدار السنه يعني اذا جعتو اخر الليل ماراح تتوهقون. وتوجد مواقف كبيره مجانيه للسيارات. You should visit this delicious restaurant, it's like the yummy home made food. Cheap prices. It has an old traditional decoration , indoor and outdoor sitting area , as you can see the tallest building in the world-Burj Khalifa- . The restaurant is open 24/7 and has big free car parking area.

Went to breakfast there, what a mistake! Not a single dish was good. Fried bread in fatteh stale, falafel inside was raw, sujok smelled bad and dough of manakeesh was undercooked. Such places should be shut down for such bad food, specially in a place like D3
