Service was terrifying,we were here yesterday.I presented my entertainer and on the first approach the lady named Raquel is already being rude providing informations on my queries..till end of the service she is not totally sorry of she has done..its a verly long story and a continues discomfort i felt during that 7 minutes time or service she had given to me..And I wont waste my time telling the whole story.I am sharing this for the management to take action and brief your staff properly in providing customer service..I am not against the lady but management deserves to know and provide more trainings if necessary.

One of the best subway outlets in Dubai. We had the steak and cheese sub which was delicious. The staff - Sonam was very polite and made sure the sub was made as per our taste. The quantity of meat and veggies was good compared to other outlets I've been to. But the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie was too sweet for our liking. Loved the service overall.

today i had been to this place burjuman center as i am your regular customer, food was really fresh and tasty..!!<br/>i brought 2 subways from here and i asked counter staff for 1 extra tissue thats it. staff name is sona or (zona) she refused to give me, again i requested her very polarity and i told her if want you can charge for it because the food is for baby, she started behaving very rudely and she told by raising her voice "its a subway policy we don't give extra tissue and we don't take extra charge for it" it was a really embarrassing movement for me in front of other customers. will never come back again.

Usually the term healthy food makes me turn around. But on this day I wanted to try subway sandwiches. I had the 6 inches chicken subway melt. There are different types of breads, i tried the honey oat, which turned out to be a great choice. Also I had the lettuce, pickles, onions in my sandwich. At 21 dhs,-4.5/5, it was excellent in a mall food court.<br/>Now my mind has again turned towards the healthy options to some extent. My server was excellent and helped me choosing.

The staff at this outlet have a serious problem. That scowl on their faces always makes me skip subway and go somewhere else. When they are making your sandwich they make sure you know how much they hate you 🤣. Also the sandwiches aren't that good. I don't know what all the hype is about.

Lately this has been happening very often - it takes close to an hour to delivery almost across the street.<br/> EDIT: And upon receiving the order after exactly an hour, I'm get a sandwich that is so cold and soggy. Good quantity of fresh greens, standard meat portions, generous with sauces. Everything else is standard across subway outlets. I do cut few points for service which can be better - need to acknowledge customers waiting especially when counters are not too busy. Also if they can allow Sub of the day to be converted into a salad, it would be nice.<br/>Burjuman food court has good seating area so you wont struggle.

Was visiting subway after quite some time. Subway is famous for their healthy sandwiches, but this time i just went to have some salad. Tried their roasted chicken salad. It was refreshing, all the veggies in the salad were fresh. Service is good in this outlet.<br/>
