The service is lovely and the staff is extremely welcoming. The place is a typical American steakhouse with an vivid decor, and it gets loud from time to time. The steaks offered are average, and unless its a fatty steak, then meat might be dry. The experience starts with a huge bucket(literally, check the photo) of shelled peanuts. I tried the steakhouse salad - was average - and the dallas fillet, which was also an average fillet when it comes to juiciness and how the meat melted.

We got together for an iftar dinner meal at DFC. And i ordered a Buffalo Chicken Burger fried till golden perfectly with a side of fries and pickles. It was huge, filling and went perfectly with a side of their Very Berry smoothie, which is my absolute favorite go-to drink at any of the locations 🥰

The house salad was tasty and delicious, you are served with complimentary nuts and bread whilst waiting for your food. We felt like one of the steaks we got was abit dry and tasteless but the rest was delicious with good flavour. The portions are quite big so it is filling. The waiter was happy to serve and assist us. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant reiterated the theme and name of it giving us a texas diner vibe.

We had a great time tonight. It's always been comforting to eat in Texas roadhouse whenever I crave for meat. I had a combination of salmon and sirloin and my partner had their half but huge award winning rib. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. First, they make sure that the meat you'll have is prepared as you prefer/ordered. My sirloin was medium rare and it was perfect. I'd like to commend Monica (festival city branch) for being so attentive and we could really feel her positivity with her work. Great job! 👌

Very poor service and unprofessional reception! They cannot handle too much customers. So never go there during holiday season. They will let you wait for more than an hour and if you question them for taking much time they will just tell you that if you want to continue for the dining experience you have to wait because they are busy and have other customers or just leave! Went there for lunch yesterday only because my 11 year old daughter likes the buffalo wings and for no other reason. My wife and i were not keen on going since we find the menu very very limited having been there on a few occasions before. Anyway i ordered the Steak Salad since it seemed the SAFEST choice on their menu and i have a dairy allergy. More than 90% of their menu has dairy in some form or the other! Then when i placed the order, i had to meet 2 different staff there to explain that i wanted no dairy at all in my salad. The staff were very good, very polite and did their best to understand, especially a senior girl on duty there called GHIE. However after all had been said i think the beef toppings were fully cooked in butter and ive had the most horrible allergic reaction of all about an hour after i ate lunch there. It was not over yet. My wife ordered a crispy chicken salad and it was even worse. Looked like they had borrowed the chicken from KFC and dumped it on some lettuce to serve us. The only good news is that my daughter enjoyed her buffalo wings while both of us adults were struggling with the disaster. if you are looking for a restaurant that understands that the primitive form of eating in the previous century which was only about taste and not health is no longer the norm, then stay away from Texas Roadhouse. Horrible experience and i am actually sick today after eating their food.

We went in on a weekday for lunch and wanted to try out their lunch deals! Were greeted in a very warm manner with huge shell peanuts in buckets and fresh baked bread rolls. These itself were very gratifying and when the food came we were simply swept off our feet. The cheeseburger was one of the finest ive had with the patty extremely juicy and succulent and well made. The buffalo chicken burger was also very flavoursome and the chicken strips were also a good choice. For the sides we ordered the caesar salad and the mashed potatoes which were both definite winners! The only thing which put me off was that they charged 24 AED for a big bottle of water which i found outrageously expensive. But nevertheless hats off and will be definitely going back to try the steaks! But will be taking my own water this time 😎😉

We visited the dubai festival city branch on a friday afternoon. You can be either seated inside or outside with a view of the fountains and giant wheel which is definitely a plus. The reason I keep going back to this restaurant is definitely the fresh baked soft melt in the mouth buns and cinnamon butter which I absolutely love. We also ordered the onion petals (the portion was quite large, and it got cold within few minutes and we lost interest in it) and the Buffalo chicken burger which was delicious and filling. Our server was patient and quite helpful.

It was my first time here, finally I was able to try the soft rolls with cinnamon dip...wow it was really good and I love it. Char grilled chicken brick and grilled shrimps with a side dish of seasoned rice was cooked to perfection. I would say that overall lunch experience was really great. This resto serves the best rolls in town. Soft and chewy and it was highlighted by honey and cinnamon butter. While waiting for the main course, they will serve you with salted peanut on a bucket and the fun part is that you need to crack the nut shell. 😊 As for the main course, we have ordered the New York Strip, Bone In Ribeye, and the Steak Kabob accompanied with various sides, and they were very tasty and juicy even if they were grilled well done. Hats off!

Very reasonable for really delicious steak.<br/>-The ceaser salad was extremely good and it was really fresh which made it a whole lot better. <br/>-The corn was really good and had a really nice taste to it. <br/><br/>-the service was really quick and the waiters were really friendly.<br/>-the food is really worth it and it is really reasonable.<br/>-definitely recommend it if you want the authentic taste of some good steak and generally some great food!

What i love the most in this place is their free bread which is so tasty especially when you spread the butter in it.. they served it hot! And they gonna serve you once you seated down in the table. The half portion of the rib that i order is so tender.. it slow melted in my mouth. The portion of the rice is so small but its very heavy. The server was just trying to make u order as much as possible regardless of the qty u can eat.<br/><br/>Ordered chicken n beef kebab rice and they sent only beef and that was too sour and alot of vinigar taste. I had to return it as we have no way of havin it. I even requested the staff to try if they want.<br/><br/>Second ordered fried fish and it was too salty. White sauce was with over mustard.<br/><br/>Horrible experience. Manager tried to get us change the order again but it was too late and our appetite was already gone.

Update:<br/>So we came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. To start with, some of us ordered a round of drinks: Mango Strawberry Margarita (AED 25.50), Strawberry Margarita (AED 25.50) and Blue Hurricane Lemonade (AED 23.50). These were really good and refreshing. Most of us then settled for the AED 63 Combo Appetizer, which allows you to build your own combo by choosing three options from the list given. The portion sizes were really huge and whoever amongst us ordered these, were full halfway through and had to pack the rest in takeaway boxes. Most of us found the boneless wings salty and we didn't quiet enjoy the Potato Skins. The BBQ Beef Sliders were good though. Others ordered the following:<br/>1) Half portion of their award winning Ribs (AED 93.50) with fries and Caesar Salad. These were ok, as per my friend.<br/>2) Boneless Buffalo Wings, which were served with Celery Sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing (AED 44.50). Some of these were way too salty.<br/>3) Grilled BBQ Chicken (AED 65) with a side of buttered corn and mashed potatoes. This was a thoroughly enjoyed meal.<br/>4) Texas Melt Burger with Fries (AED 77): This was ok.<br/>Service levels were a bit slow today. I liked the Texan vibe of the place (including the peanut buckets placed on each table 😉).<br/>They have three Legendary Lunch deals (AED 39; AED 59 & AED 69) which allow you to choose an Entree, A made- from-scratch side and a drink (freshly baked bread was complimentary). I went for the AED 39 deal and chose a chicken kabab single skewer (which came in with rice and and additional onion and pepper skewer) and a house salad with ranch dressing. Went on a weekday for a late lunch, place wasn’t crowded, the staff were very welcoming, and served us with the usual peanuts and fresh buns with a cinnamon dip which tasted just perfect! And very welcoming as not many restaurants offer that!<br/>The staff was helpful in recommending the most sought after dishes amongst which was the smothered chicken.<br/>The chicken was perfectly grilled and you can choose between cheese and gravy, i chose the cheese topping but they gave gravy along with it as well. The chips and shredded corn was also perfect. A friend of mine got the salad as a side which came before the meal and the portion was very generous. <br/>Everything was to the mark, and definitely worth the price, will definitely visit again!

I've always had the best experiences and food at Texas Roadhouse, but in my latest experience, things changed. All the food was inconsistent. The New York strip was ordered medium rare but came medium, surprised that even the beef brisket was dry, the rice was salty, the carrots on top of the plate were so nice and soft and the ones at the bottom not so, not cooked throughout... thinking twice before coming the next time, if ever. 👎Ps. if you're going to come to the table to check for feedback and not really take action if anything is reported, then don't come at all please.

Had their chicken fajita sizzler. It came with tortillas and a few other add on stuff. The staff was friendly and food took about 15-20 minutes but it was worth the wait. Really amazing and yummy.

Texas has a beautiful outside seating area in festival City Mall. Amazing food with prompt service and the view of the water and light show makes a perfect evening. They removed the peach margherita which I loved from the menu.. whyyyyyyyy... it was perfect. so ordered the original lime margherita. still peach was better. food and service was great as usual

The Culinary of the Wild West!<br/>The setting is AWESTRUCK!<br/>The staff are really nice.<br/>THE FOOD IS JUST HEAVEN!!<br/>The buns are soft and fluffy.<br/>We ordered the ribs and the brick chicken followed by the Big Ol Brownie ...the Brownie was perfection!...the portions are good for 4! They know how to cook their meat!

This is my second time, and just realize I haven’t review it yet <br/><br/>In the same midrange, I choose Texas Steak rather than other steakhouses<br/><br/>It never disappointed me, service was good, steak always tender, juicy, delicious, and cooked properly <br/><br/>I ordered corn and flavoured rice for the Side dish, the corn is very nice, sweet and flavourfull (a bit salt and pepper, great combination) <br/>But for the rice, it’s a bit salty for me<br/><br/>And the bun, is the best, soft, and fluffy 🤤👍 <br/><br/>

Texas roadhouse is my all time favourite place. I love their big buckets of peanuts, warm bread and friendly staff. I tried one of their new dishes which is a chicken fillet topped with gravy and sauteed mushrooms which was yummy and the chicken was tender. The salad was great too.

Texas road house is a meat lovers paradise. They offer an amazing range of steaks and their ribs are the best!! However this time we went with ordering mostly chicken related items. Our first order was the appetizer platter which included beef sliders, potato skins and chicken wings. I wasn’t a big fan of the sliders but the chicken wings and potato skins were pretty good. On a side note their buffalo wings are pretty good too so I’d suggest you order that as an appetizer instead of the platter. Our main course order was the smothered chicken which came with two sides we chose the potato soup and coleslaw. The potato soup was an absolute winner topped with cheddar cheese and bacon, it was just too good. As for the main dish the chicken was good too topped with mushrooms alongside grilled onions was a good combo. All in all a good experience but I would suggest if you ever pay a visit there stick to the meat items as thats what they are mostly famous for.

It was then the time for main course, the tasty steak exactly as requested medium rare cook.(Crispy from out and juicy from inside) One of best steak I had till now. It had 3 side dishes (Mashed potatoes, seasoned rice, vegetables).<br/><br/>Price:<br/> The prices were reasonable considering the taste and quality of food.<br/><br/>Result:<br/> I would strongly recommend this place for people who likes steaks.

Great welcoming, tasty meats, we had ordered a Sirlion steak, and a Road house kebab with the choice of 2 meat skewers, the steak was ordered to be well done, as the taste was so delicious, but from my perspective I think it would be a lot better if it was medium well so it would maintained some of its meat juices, on the other hand the Kebab was so delicious full of meat juice, and full of some weird great flavor, and the rice with was served was delicious to. <br/><br/>And for the drinks: we had ordered a a blue drink which had consisted from orange and pineapple mixture and another drink which was red one made of strawberry and some lemonade, they where both great! <br/><br/>Over all: it was a great experience, delicious food, worth the visit!

I went once and tried their burger and it was average.. I believe the main speciality for the restaurant is the steak which is quite well known and I would love to try it later ..<br/>Service is very good and ambience is okay .

They have nice steaks. Beef brisket is a must try! Service is good. Recommended always for a nice steaky dinner. They have tasty bread rolls. We could just eat away! Ambience justifies to the roadhouse. Value for money is justified.

I can say this is the best steakhouse in Dubai after J.W. Steakhouse. The cuts are really good and the meat is of amazing quality. Amazing flavour and even the drinks are amazing. Amazing ambience and the bread served before your order is literally what I come for sometimes. The hospitality is also on point. The ribs are a must try along with the Ribeye. Other amazing dishes would be their mashed potatoes and steak fries which are sides but honestly they are amazing. But your taste might not suit mine so please don't hate.

Delicious food and generous portions! The steaks are done just like you order them - they definitely know what they're doing with the steaks. The best part though is the bread that is served at the beginning - be careful not to eat too much of this bread because you WILL want to!<br/><br/>Nothing much to say about their service - it was decent and friendly in general but nothing memorable per se.

Last night dinner was at @texasroadhouseme .<br/><br/>If you go to Texas road house and NOT eat their ribs.. you are missing out on LIFE.<br/><br/>They serve this hot dinner buns with cinnamon butter.. and that's it. I stuffed my face with this to a point where I don't mind if I further cancelled my actual meal order.. it's soooo soft, warm, sweet and light. PERFECT.<br/><br/>And then comes the main course, the RIBS. We we're so hungry at the time we placed the order that we doubled up everything and went for upsize! <br/>Although Mansoor warned me that it might be too much, but I insisted that I am starving and I'll finish it all ..worry not!<br/><br/>After eating the bread.. I was worried!! The meat was so tender that with a touch of the fork, it fell off the bone.. the BBQ sauce adds that moist and taste to it.. beyond perfection...<br/>But<br/>How so I finish it... I looked at Mansoor with a puppy eye and he gave me that look of a lion! As a result... I stuffed my face until I was full up until my troat and coundlt even take another bite.. and yet Mansoor said.." eat it, finish it, I told you!, I know you,." He went on and on... I OVER ATE in terror!! Did I mention the ceaser salad.. which obviously got neglected coz we are meat eater😂😂😂.. was good. But I did pick all The croutons and ate them. So flavourful!<br/><br/>Oh, it's not over yet!! The ribs comes with another choice of side dish, which I chose the seasoned rice.. it was just too much happening on the table. They were tasty and we're complimenting the ribs perfectly.<br/><br/>And then.. there was me, in food coma!<br/><br/>Great service, the entire team danced at the Texas Roadhouse anthem, fun to watch.<br/><br/>So good food, good service, and great fun and energetic environment.<br/><br/>We ate at @dubaifestivalcitymall .. nom nom.nom

DFC is now my favorite mall in Dubai because of the fountain. What a better to watch it is while enjoying a sumptuous meal at Texas Roadhouse. I was really happy that they have free nuts and dinner rolls while waiting for your order, that way no one will get hangry (hunger+angry). The dinner roll is what Texas Roadhouse is famous for, and you will know why when you taste it. You will crave for this freshly baked, soft and slightly sweet dinner rolls with cinnamon butter spread. You will keep on asking for more until your food arrives.

Went here with a bunch of friends and was not disappointed! <br/><br/>We ordered a raspberry margarita, a mango margarita, and a cowboy cooler for drinks. All were super refreshing. For food, we ordered a medium well done ribeye steak, a grilled chicken and mushroom dish, a mushroom jack chicken burger and a jalapeno burger. <br/><br/>Great portions, the service was quick, the staff were extremely helpful and the drinks are really good!

One of my faaaavvv restaurant and had dinner in this outlet. Food was perfect, as usal. Staff were very nice and provide all our needs and request quickly. A variety of steak choices. A good number of chicken dishes, burgers, and sanwiches. A lovely starters and drinks menu. Their side dishes are interesting. What makes everything better is the location of the restaurant on the water front of DFC. The bread and butter they offer at yhe beginning is heavenly, it is so hard to stop eating. The service is okay. The prices are acceptable.

“Texas Roadhouse serves the best steaks in the UAE” is a line that I always heard from people around. This weekend I decided to give this place a go and went to the DIFC branch to taste their glorious steak. <br/>We tried the T-bone steaks medium rare along with mashed potatoes, fries, gravy, rice and a corn and my oh my! This was the juiciest steak that I have ever had until now! The steaks were so easy to cut into and were cooked to perfection as ordered. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the best side according to me and my friends. <br/>We also ordered a smokehouse burger and a starter that consisted of chicken wings and cheese poppers. Which were also great. <br/><br/>The staff (Mr. Valentine) was very friendly and explained everything to us very well. The overall ambience and arrangements were also great! Overall it was a very pleasant and delicious dining experience!

Texas Roadhouse: <br/>Its our one of the favourite place for steak. More than the steak we LOVE the fresh broiche buns they give. They are to die for. Best ones i have had. We always order the steak and ribs combo. Its sooo good and worth the price. Love love love the ribs. Super tender and juicy. Steak also cooked to perfection ALWAYS. Also this combo comes with 2 sides and you have a whole list to chose from. <br/>This place never disappoints
