The new spicy chicken sandwich is really one of the best things you can have delivered for lunch in the area... we get it with bacon it's a nice touch. They are out of something and give us some kind of substitution almost every time we order though.

Coffee is the worst. Panera is great for when you're in the mood for hospital food but don't need your gall bladder removed.

Ordered group chicken noodle soup through door dash last night. It was loaded with noodles, chicken, carrots, celery. They got me hooked also was over $37 for quart of soup. So was thinking bout it all day so I ordered through the app tonight. It was cheaper than door dash only 26 but instead of a loaded soup. I got broth and scraps of chicken. I think it had 2 carrots. Last night was first time I tried panera. Tonight was last time I will have panera. Lost a customer in 2 days.

I got refused a refund (missing food) after I couldn't return it because I was going out of town and couldn't return. I hope that $11 was worth it from a once loyal Panera customer, never to return! I mean seriously I got the wrong food and all they had to do was give a a refund. Multi million dollar company just practicing bad business

I used to always stick up for this restaurant, but now I'm not going to anymore. they have made every item on the menu smaller.I'm already paying $10 for my salad,but now it is half the size. it is just unbelievable. I will go to McDonald's and get a salad for $7 that's bigger than this. Panera you have lost a customer.

Great lunch spot, good portion sizes and the food taste really good. Not 5 stars due to price. Ordered 2 soups 2 salads and 2 premium coffee and bill was around $40.
