Wendy's

The workers are always so kind and helpful. We enjoy coming to this location for this exact reason. The food is also good and prepared fresh and exactly how we asked for it. The dining area could be cleaned a little better (counters wiped down and floors mopped but it is not a disaster) but it is understandable as they may be under staffed as most places are and people should clean up after themselves. I'm also sure the ice from the soda machines fly everywhere, it is just the machine itself and there were wet floor signs out.

They got our order all messed up and didn't give us what we ordered so they brought new food and it still wasn't right. The guy that brought us our food asked where the bag was. We told him we threw it away. He went to the trash can and got it out and brought us our new food in it. Needless to say we didn't eat it. My french fries were cold. We will never go back there. 35 dollars for nasty food and poor service. I actually want to give them minus 5 stars. It was horrible. I recommend not going there. It the one at delco

I LOVE that they bag each meal individually for large orders! I'm sure that is a leftover covid response but I hope they keep doing it. It makes handing out food in the vehicle so much easier, each person gets handed their own bag of food and then they are responsible for packing the trash back into it and throwing it away.

On my visit, the staff were all friendly and you could tell they were working as hard as they could. When I received my order it was hot and correct, and the taste was similar to any other Wendy's. The reason for the four stars instead of five is due to their drive through line. Due to their location, the line quickly overflows into the main road of the shopping center nearby.

Last time I will buy at this location until they change their GM. I just got for the second time hair in my order. Last week it was in my salad. Today my daughter noticed that the beaconator fries had few short hairs. This will take any body’s appetite away to find this in your food. They really need to wear a hair net when serving food!!!

They wouldn't take my app. discount because the girl rang it up without using my app I was showing her, I asked the manager to please give me the 3.00 dollars back, he conferred with an older woman and they said NO! There was no one behind me.Very poor customer service, the burger was sub par! Never again!

We ordered two combo meals with baked potatoes instead of fries waited more than 35 mins to get the order and when it was ready they told us they had no more potatoes did I want anything else with that really I had to ask for a refund for the up charge for the potatoes.very unorganized group of people we will not go back. Soda machine broke and running The floor the other machine didn't work.
