I like their sandwiches. We were waited on by someone with long nails who kept scratching her head (who also was making sandwiches) and kept having long conversations with another employee so our wait time was wayyy to long....If I were rating on sandwich alone I would've given a better rating. Supervisor, I didn't see you, where were you? Stop these bad and nasty habits of your employees.

The best italian sandwich I know of. Get the sharp provolone. Old Italian and Mild sharp italian (add long hots if you want spicy). No comparison..

I go to the Primo in East York and it's usually a 50/50 shot whether or not one of my subs is a complete soggy mess. I usually order online for pickup and am there promptly after ordering. The flavors are delicious, the meat is top notch and the prices are reasonable for the quality. However, whenever we experience the soggy nightmare, the subs are completely inedible and the bread completely disintegrates. You really just need some consistency in quality at that location. Everything else is great!

The best all around! The closest place you can get a long hot (fried hot pepper in oil)!on your sandwich next to going to Philly, Love the sesame Italian roll, hard to find authentic good Italian subs found at Primos!

It's primos hoagies, there's not much else to say. I love it. They use great ingredients and make delicious hoagies.

Really good sub sandwiches a step above the rest in ingredient quality... but you pay for it... a bit more than I personally felt I could regularly justify. They definitely have some unique things too that are worth trying. Recommend if you're used to 12" subs elsewhere that a 9" here is fine to fill you up.
P.s. for you Niantic fans (Ingress, Pokemon Go, Wizards Unite) there is a sponsored AT&T store next door. Grab some grub and play away.

It was our first time. When we got there there were no customers. We were kind of overwhelmed with the menu. We went in for a giant cold deli sub, I picked the "big T" thinking it was a cold sub. It came out hot with breaded chicken cutlets. My dad was disappointed, the menu didn't state the sub was hot with breaded chicken and the sub was just okay. Now, remember I said there were no customers when we came in and there were three employees present. The tables were filled with crumbs, so what were they doing the whole time? Overall, I think I'd go back to try again, a different sub though.

Primo's is by far the best cold hoagie shop around! I visit this place quite often since their grand opening. In the beginning I was skeptical with their bread because of how rough it was on the roof of my mouth. Now I go out of my way to purchase their rolls because nothing else compares to it! They are true Philadelphia hoagies! I love that they stay true to Thurman's brand meats and offer sharp provolone! Yum! The Nellie is to die for! 😋 I never had a bad experience with this place. If something went wrong (such as a little less mayo than I would like, not enough oil and vinegar, etc etc) the sandwhich is still damn good because QUALITY! You pay for the quality when you go to Primo's. Service has always been great. Their rewards are awesome! And they now offer special pricing on specific days of the week. My only complaint is that I wish they would open up on the West End so that I can frequent more often!
