The reward points for a free smoothie doubled from 550 to now 1200. That must means the demand was so high that they had to double it. Very understandable. Also they should bring back the soy protein and remove the whey one. Whey makes the Beach Bum with pea protein and oats really runny. Please bring back the soy. Overall great smoothie, can’t no one else compare.

This staff is amazing!! Let's just set aside the perfect food and beverage that they deliver every time without fail! (So perfect, every time!) And focus on the Customer Service!! Wow! What that team does is superhuman! Thank you management for training and maintaining such a great team! Your demeanor under pressure (which is like constant here, every time I go there is a line in and out, this is because they're so awesome, not slow!), y'all hold your own and get the job done! And you never forget to smile, even if it's after you get out of your extreme focus on your job. Thank you! Love you guys!

This place has top notch food/smoothies that perfectly fall within expectation. Compare the food here to the location in Grandville under different ownership, and you will see the difference in quality. This place always perfectly blends the smoothie so there's no huge ice chunks left. They have also never messed up my order or shorted me. Hats off to these people!

I have Tropical Smoothie Cafe almost every day for lunch and have been to several of the locations in the area. In my experience this one is hands-down the best I have been to. I always place my order online using the app. No matter the time of day or how busy they are I have never had to wait for my order. My order is pretty difficult and they have never once messed it up. Kudos to the employees and management here. Even though it is a bit out of my way this will probably be my main lunch spot for a while.
