yesterday June 15! I went to buy I made my order in Spanish! When I paid the girl who attended me he told me that he would not order in Spanish again! which I find outrageous and a bit crude, the attitude of the girl sounded very racist! They should talk to the employees because a lot of Hispanic people go to the place who can't speak English! I hope you take note on the matter! lousy service they don't have to restrict the way how to make an order!

Make sure you check your order before you pull off. Paid for the 1 sandwich I can eat on the menu and left with 3 completely different sandwiches. What a waste.

One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. I’m from New England & I’ve worked at Dunkin.. I know how a great Dunkin is & this is not one at all. Many times I’ve received my coffee & it’s nothing like it should be. One time I saw them make my Iced coffee with Hot coffee that was watered down when it was poured over ice. Absolutely horrible Dunkin’.

This is one of the most inefficient Dunkin I have been to, that’s the car in front of me and it’s been 5 min that I have been waiting to order. Even if I have ordered they will make me go out of line to waid after paying so on record they are efficient. I typed this entire review while waiting to order. It is extremely difficult to wait for them to speak with windows open on a windy cold day with kids in the background.
One star extra cause the lady who took the order was nice.

I can understand why this Dunkin’ Donuts has such low stars. The employees seem like they don’t like to be bothered while they’re working but the point of Dunkin’ Donuts is to help customers with their orders. I did go In the afternoon Because I needed a little pick me up to finish the rest of my day. I sure hope that the morning crew is a lot better than the afternoon crew.

Placed an order at Dunkin’ on the mobile app. When I send someone to pick my order up they can’t find it. This unacceptable. I will never again order from Dunkin’ again. I do not trust them.
