Knot Just Bagels

Oh no! Came to this place a couple of times some years ago when in the area. They had the BEST breakfast sandwiches in Woodbridge, very reasonable with prices. Always had the elders having their meeting/congregation at 7 AM in the morning lol. Been looking for this place and I finally see it’s closed, I really hope they open up again soon.

This place is very underrated and tucked away in a small little shopping plaza in a very hard-to-get-to corner of Main Street. The food is good, their sandwiches are really great but their bagels are something else! They're huge and if you come in at the right time in the morning, after they've baked them, wow are they to die for...nice and hot and filling. Place is super busy all the time, especially early in the morning, and extra noisy with all the employees shouting over each other but if you take it to go, you'll be back again and again. Awesome place!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have excellent choices and they will cook your order to your liking by request. I'd recommend their breakfast potatoes if you're getting breakfast. It's a cozy place with a bright atmosphere. Overall a great experience, especially with the friendly staff/cooks, and I'm definitely going to come back.

To the owner: Thank you for responding. Like a lot of the lower ratings here, I have the same issues. Service is extremely slow and not very friendly and there is no flow in the place, always hordes of people standing around waiting on their order. I just get a bunch of bagels here with nothing on them and they’re delicious, no issues with that, but I think you should expand to a bigger location with a bigger parking lot and hire more employees :) They often seem to be doing large catering orders or phone orders while I just stand at the counter for a long time being ignored. I also think labeling the bagel bins would make things easier and let people know what you have at the moment.

This bagel shop is pretty awful I went in to order a bacon egg and cheese and there was no menu so I had no idea how much it cost. It took about 10 minutes for the food which isn’t bad. But when I got my sandwich the egg was cold and had way too much salt on it so I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted and when I get into my car to eat the bagel it’s not hot and it’s burn I couldn’t even eat it. They also have a 10 dollar card limit which is not really in there control but it’s good to tell people that u have that limit so they don’t have to buy 3 drinks like me just to get to the limit. Customer service isn’t bad the man at the counter was nice but the food just wasn’t what I thought it would be and that’s what is most important when someone goes to a bagel shop.

If the staff can not figure out the difference between lox spread and fresh lox, they should take it off their menu. The last four times I have been there, I was charged about $8 for a single lox spread toasted everything egg bagel. My advice, watch what you are being charged or skip it all together. There is another bagel place on Main St. that is honest and tip worthy. If you're not a regular, do not bother.
