Boston Market

I just went through the drive thru today and the service was amazing. At first I was a little off put by some reviews and comments but seeing as it was close to work, I decided to pass by to grab some dinner after work. I was amazed to see how well they were able to serve me. I had a little bit of a problem ordering since it was my first time, but Lisbeth was able to explain the meals to me, what they contained, their cost and so on very well. She was then quick to take my order and my food was served to me quickly. When I got home the food was still very hot and it was delicious. Overall, it is some of the best service I’ve gotten in this area and I’m very pleased with my visit here. I will probably make this a regular spot for myself!

The food was amazing before, but now it's absolutely terrible. I went there recently with my friends and we tried to order what's usually there but the menu is completely different. The menu is filled with completely different items and really weird choices like cream with spinach. When we finally found something to order the food turned out really bad, the corn bread was bad the desserts weren't even good it was too salty.

Such a disappointment! I am actually a big fan of this restaurant, the food is usually very good and the servers very kind. Well, i made a big mistake with the nashville hot chicken sandwich. This is nothing nashville or hot about this sandwich, and it was just barely chicken. If I am guessing, they use an old fried chicken patty and slap some red sauce on it. The chicken was stringy and the sauce was flavorless. I tried to finish it, but its not worth the calories. I dont think ive ever had anything this bad from Boston Market. They should take it off the menu. One star for the caesar salad, and one star for the nice ladies who work the drive thru.
