Bistro Pizza

A little gem in Winter Haven. It’s like a mini-Arabellas. What’s not to love! Totally in LOVE with the food. It’s truly incredible. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. If they offered delivery, I would eat here every evening (I am NOT kidding). I work 16-18 hours a day and we order take out almost every night because there’s no time to cook. Having the ability to get delivery would be life changing for me! I can always dream! 🥹

I am impressed! Started out with the meatball appetizer and garkic knots...best I have had since moving here 2 years ago! Meatballs were tasty and had some mozzarella on top..flavor was spot on. Garlic knots had a good crust and were cooked with just the right amount sponginess and not drownding in butter that usually makes them inedible. Then we had the Supreme pizza that had all of the usual suspects on it...phenomenal! If I were to have one suggestion it would be to make the bottom part of the crust just a hair thicker but outside of that...great! Crust had a great flavor which I have found lacking in most other pizza places in the area. Sauce and toppings ratio were just right! Our server, a very nice young lady in the dining area by the pizza ovens, was phenomenal! Very attentive and did not wait until we were chewing on something to ask how everything was. Well done! Actually...everyone there were nice from servers to bartenders! So I say...give them a try and doubt you will be disappointed...unless you crave lowly pizzas such as Hungry Howies, Little Ceasars or places like that...but after eating here I doubt you will even want to eat at those places again! ***********UPDATE************ Excelkent again tonight! Bistro Pizza is a great place for pizza and pasta dishes. It's a small hole in the wall that partners off the Ave Bar and Arrabellas. The pasta is always fresh and the pizza can be crispy or cheesy! The service is always great and we always get our regular nice waitresses. I do wish there was an Alfredo pasta in the building but I'm just fine going next door. See you next time Bistro!😉

There were four of us dining. The atmosphere, food and service were phenomenal! The pizza was light and delicious so full of flavor! I had to taste a meatball so I would know for next time if I wanted spaghetti and meatballs and that's what I'll be getting next time! The pull on the mozzarella was out of this world, so creamy and delicious! Sausage was sliced thin on the pizza. Italian sub bread was so fresh and soft and the meats were so tasty! We already can't wait to go back!

Thanks yo my wonderful server, I found out that Bistro Pizza, Arabella and the Ave Bar are all connected and on the weekend you can order pizza from the Ave Bar. Additionally, the deserts are prepared by Arabella. My family and I had the Pizza Rustica, Garlic Knots, side salad, ravioli with meatballs and for desert Creme Catalana and Molten Lava Cake. The garlic knots are light flaky and buttery. The marinara fresh. Pizza had a light flaky foldable crust. The white sauce and toppings evenly distributed. Plus the sauce was creamy but present. It did not soak completely in the bread but ot was not wet either. The cheese was just stringy enough and not clumpy. Finally the meatballs for the ravioli were of good size and flavor however they forgot them initially hence why they are not pictured. As a new resident I will definitely visit again.
