Kfc

It's a good deal for fried chicken. And the chicken tastes wonderful. The mashed potatoes not so much. The only thing I didn't like is that the meal I bought came with mashed potatoes without the option of subbing for coleslaw. Because KFC has amazing coleslaw, but not so great mashed potatoes. Also strangely they don't have unsweetened iced tea only raspberry flavored. Wish I found super irritating and I don't like sugary beverages. Everyone has unsweetened iced tea but not KFC apparently, bizarre. We received their food quickly which is amazing. Seems most fast food restaurants are actually slow food restaurants. It's nice to visit a fast food chain that is actually fast and getting your food. This is an important thing for me as I frequently am all over the place for work and need to just grab something quick at lunch time

Screwed up my order and I walked in to order! I placed an order for three 3-piece meals. My order was a bit different because I have trouble digesting white meat so I ordered one original wing (yes, I know it is considered white meat), one original though and one extra crispy thigh. I GOT one original wing (good eatin!), one original breast, and one extra crispy breast! Also the food tasted like it was made in old or burnt oil. This is my first bad experience at a KFC.

Horrible customer service. Went in for carryout as their short drive through lane was backed up and I would have had to wait in the street. 3 customers in front of me and the person taking orders would disappear for several minutes after taking each order. When I placed my order (2-piece chicken, leg and a thigh, with extra biscuit and another side) I was told it would be a wait. Inquired how long, and the employee disappeared long enough that another employee came over to assist. When the original employee returned, she stated just a few minutes. Completed the order, and then proceeded to wait, and wait. 20 minutes later they had my order but told me they were out of the pieces I wanted, and they had substituted other pieces. When I inquired as to how long it would be to get what I actually ordered, it was another 20 minutes. The attitude of the employee was appalling. Took it and left, only to find I had been shorted some of the sides. Chicken was greasy and overcooked. Meat on the thigh was more of a gelatinous blob. Chicken was so greasy I had trouble opening the cookie, as the package was to grease covered from being in the bottom of the box it was hard to grip. Basically, it was over 30 minutes to get a poor-quality 2-piece meal.

This restraunt has a great time for getting people their order. Whatever your employees did to decrease the wait time for orders is amazing. I ordered a 8 pc meal and the employees had it to me in about 1 min. You have very fast and friendly employees!! I would rate this place to eat a 9.5 out of 10!! Way to go KFC!!!!
