The employees here are very nice and do care about their customers. The menu was crisp and delicious. I love McDonald's restaurants because the food is always hot and fresh,especially their fries. Will easily recommend this restaurant to friends.

Nice clean place but too many teenagers are around. It seems it's their hangout spot. Some of their manners may not be tolerable. Otherwise it is a great location.

Good place to come after fishing at Skokie Lagoons. Out of the times I've been here its always clean, quite and the building looks cool.

Purchased the buy one breakfast sandwich get another for an dollar and by the time I got in the expressway I realized i only received only one sandwich.

This place is hit or miss to be honest. I wouldn't expect too much if you are looking for superb customer service, as the people who work here seem miserable. The food is as expected from any McD, however this location does have a tendency to screw up your order (e.g. forget sauce for your nuggets, give you a single patty for a double quarter pounder rather than two, forget fries, drinks, apple slices for your happy meal). As such I would recommend you check your order before leaving to ensure everything is there.
