My 10 year old sister came in to get drinks for my family and the lady who was working the register was completely rude to her. She was Mexican and had black hair and it was in a bun and this wasn’t the first time she’s been rude before she’s been rude to my mother as well. My sister came up to the register and payed and asked her nicely to double bag them and the lady looked at her and completely ignored her. Which I think isn’t employee Adequate, either she needs to be talked to or be fired.

Not sticky as you walk past the slurpees machine so you know they clean at this location. Great friendly staff. I've been to other 7-elevens and they don't compare in cleanliness like this one in Windsor. They have everything that other 7-Elevens have. Where you pump gas it's pretty clean also. Next time I go to 7-Eleven this is the one I'm going to.

This store’s cooler is never stocked. I feel like that is gas station basics.... I’ve been in this store a handful of times. Every single time I go in my drink isn’t stocked, and neither is the rest of the cooler. I then have to go ask an associate. It’s always just sitting on a shelf in the back not stocked. Employees don’t greet you when you walk in most of the time. Every time I ask them to go check in the back they say that it’s not stocked because they are low staff. It doesn’t take a fleet of employees to just put product on the shelf. I gave it a month in between my last visit and this visit to see if they changed and nope. This is the last time I visit this store. There is a Loaf N Jug two blocks down that is MUCH cleaner and the employees actually do their job.

It hasn't really changed much since Stephanie's review. I'd be willing to bet that I've seen those same two employees working there. You'd think with 4 employees in the morning one would be one at the counter. Lol @ Colin's review. Windsor must have some pretty low standards for gas stations and I don't expect much out of a gas station.

I try ro support local as much as possible. Last Saturday night I step in there to grab some milk. The Customer service, from One certain person, or lack there of was beyond horrible. I walk in and the two females behind the counter are having a loud private conversation. I walk to the cooler to grab my milk, the shorter female rings up my milk..... Still No HELLO, Hi, anything and tells me my total. Acting as if I the Customer was bugging her by expecting her to do her job. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has happened by this female. The 7 11 is just a couple of blocks from my house, but i prefer to go to the loaf and jug.

I just had an employee the big guy with glasses , walk back in the store and throw a sign and something else while my 4 yr old dauther and I were approaching the door to leave , my dauther started to cry because it scared her. This guy need to be fired he shouldn't have a job dealing with the public
