7-eleven

Went in last night graveyards shift 11/09/21 at about 11:00 pm. Wasn’t greeted it took him a while to get off his phone in the office! Then the whole time I was shopping his actions made me feel like I was being rushed! He would gasp like he’s taking to long or why won’t he hurry up with a dirty look! If he doesn’t want to do customer service he needs to find another job!!!

Merry 🎄 Christmas! 🎄 So being it's the ONLY open place today (well Kumngo)I had to run in and grab a few things. To start off this visit I used the XactAir machine or attempted to use the machine to fill ALL my tires but after inserting my MasterCard for payment I noticed the hose was NOT sacunting I noticed that the hose was not suctioning so therefore I had wasted a dollar fifty. I proceeded to go into the 7-Eleven where I noticed it was desolate and there was no Clerk behind the counter. Anyhow I told the clerk who finally appeared from the back whose name was Jim what you say that is name tag about the air machine taking my payment but not producing the vacuum. I asked him how I would go about getting a refund and he straight out told me there wasn't anything to do with 7-Eleven and it was basically tough s*** for me. I asked him if either the manager or assistant manager would be in tomorrow so I can get this resolved I also but cigarettes which I had a $0.50 off coupon for but he couldn't figure out how to input look at the 50 Cent off I tried to help him where he became rude and basically tossed my coupon at me and said there was nothing he could do. And then because four people had walked in while I was trying to help him figure out the coupon he said he did not have time to run my lottery scratchies which I had four of. I normally come in dislocation at night after 10 either deal with it JJ, John or the redhead girl who all seemed on top of their game. That was up until my husband and I went in after 10pm one night and the redhead told us the pizza we were buying could not be cooked because her manager had told her no hot food after 10 p.m. . I don't know what's going on with this place but I have been very disappointed the last few times I've come in. Unfortunately I think this incident if it's not resolved I'm going to move on down and start shopping I'm getting my gas at the new Kum & Go. The customer service and Associates at the 7-Eleven location is horrible I've never been so shocked with the lack OSHA training knowledge and customer service skills with these employees. My guess is that if they don't enjoy their job and they're miserable I'm sure there's people like me who be more than willing to take their place. Well Merry Christmas and I will give you an update tomorrow to see how the manager made this great if at all.

Went in looking for a tobacco product at every 7-Eleven carries. Mail clerk sitting down behind the counter stood up when I came in after. I asked him what I needed he turned and looked at the display and looked back at me and said they don’t have it. Didn’t bother to even look even after I asked him to. Every 7-Eleven has carried this item and it is always placed somewhere out of view. Lazy…… will not go back to this store!!!
