Dunkin'

Sadly I don’t think is to blame the young employee, sadly it reflect on the poor administration and manager skills and productivity. The place looks like a mess and the kids are doing their best to put up with Hangry customer and rude people who only see that slow service, but not the efforts. Again my poor review is not because of the young employees, but really management you need to do much better that this.

For some reason they served the person behind me in line before me. She was not a paying customer. My order had already been placed. I don't get it. I felt like they did not want to take care of me for some reason. Usually I tip but not here. People were getting upset at the wait time and two people left the line. They did not read my order correctly so they made my matcha latte cold instead of hot. Need more training and more experienced staff. Like a manager. I've had lots of good experiences at DD but this was not one of them.

This place is absolutely horrific and horrible the only place I wait an hour for a coffee! The employees do not care and is always un organized I have been late to work because of this place with me being the only customer who just wanted a quick coffee at 630 a m horrible everytime once again I just went thru this morning I was the only car I ordered 1 coffee and 1 donut and I had to leave after 15 minutes of being in the drivethrue because my extra 15 minutes got used and wasted now I'm late....

This place is so unorganized. Every morning I have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. They say the open up at 5am but don’t really open up until 6:30am. No matter what time of day or night u go they are always slow and you always have to do better. The service sucks.. the employees are not nice. And when you ask to speak to a manager they say there is not one there til 8am. I’ve been going they this for 2 weeks now. I will never come here and spend my money again!!!

I just went here for the first time in a few months and I had just a simple yet lovely interaction with the olderish [ ;) ] woman that works there. They ran out of vanilla frosted doughnuts with sprinkles and it was just a cute convo. That type of "customer service" is what makes or breaks it for me!! <3
