employee was very rude to an older man who was trying to order and couldn’t think of the word of what he was pointing to. employee who was helping him was confused but trying to help. another employee responded to the man by rolling their eyes and saying “he’s talking about the tuna, he’s trying to be cute” followed by another eye roll. so disrespectful to someone who was genuinely trying their best.

Came in for a nice fresh Tuna sub.... Ended up ordering something else for obvious reasons. Horrible experience. People behind the counter should probably not be this restaurant's front line with the customers. I mentioned the issue with the tuna, she didn't even respond let alone fix the issue. Never again I tell you!

Every single time I order online from this location the sandwiches are never complete at the pickup time. However I witnessed 6 people walk into the store and order sandwiches while I had to stand to the side and wait because I ordered online. The point of ordering online is to have the order complete by the time you arrive. If ordering in person gets you the sandwich in a more timely manner than why even have that option? If I would've just walked in, I wouldn't have had to wait for 6 people that came in after me. Doesn't make any sense.
