Need more staff. Only 2 people working a line of on the go orders. I understand skipping the line but as a customer waiting in line it took 10 min to even place my order. Then what seemed like a manager or some disgruntled lady was yelling at the cook telling him he was missing all of these things when he had already given them to the customer. The customer started giving her attitude because she was being very rude to the cook. This location is convenient but has always been short staffed. Has potential with more staff (and a drive thru)
Edit 4/16/19 conveinence got me again. Decided today to order ahead. Ordered a power breakfast sandwich and a blueberry muffin. Got there just my sandwich was ready. They asked what i was missing I said a blueberry muffin. 4 min later I got my muffin and was on my way. Got to work my power breakfast sandwich that is supposed to be on a flatbread is on a big honking bagel and my blueberry muffin was heated....i thought i ordered everything wrong. Went back to check my order it says power breakfast sandwich with no additional changes and "not warmed" next to muffin. Absolutely done with this location! Hard to tell that a muffin is warmed in a picture....but the sugar is melted...

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Took over 10 minutes for me to get my donuts because there was such bad communication. When I let one of the employees know that my food hadn’t come out yet, she responded with “that’s not my fault”. Workers gave attitude to not only the customers but each other (which was unpleasant for everyone). Multiple people in front of me received wrong orders, and many people after me got their food before I was even acknowledged. Absolutely the worst Dunkin’s I have been to.

Stumped here during a multi-hour trip. Was impressed by the store staff. Saturday morning was create your own donut. They had extras so my kids got to enjoy. If I ever find myself here again, I will stop by.

This place is a joke. One of the worst experiences at a DD's. To start off the guy taking the order was rude and made it known that he did not want to be there. Then the one taking our order and the other guy making the food was rude to the manager as she told them they made another mistake, they both responded to her saying they didn't know what to tell her sarcastically. They then screwed up my buddies coffee and got a attitude like it was my buddies problem not theirs. Will not be going back there again. Very unprofessional all around!!!!!

It's a clean empty spacious Dunkin donuts. It's convenient on 111 heading toward 93 so I stop there on in a while. Later in the day they are often out of some items like croissants or sesame bagels. Staff is nice. There is not a functioning drive up.

Hit or miss if you get a good coffee, their donuts aren't as fresh as when they baked them in store. We stopped going here, occasionally if we have a gift card we will nip in.

Not sure what happened to all the early morning employees that were quick and got your order right, but lately this dunkins has been awful. At least educate employees enough to know the difference between drink sizes and how to make them.

Visited last week after a nearby doctors appointment. It was around 11:00 AM and except for a guy with a briefcase working at a table (possibly a regional manager) the place was empty. Store was impressively designed although I believe there is a lot of wasted space. Anyway, what bothered my wife and I most was the non existent housekeeping. Papers all over the floor, no napkins in the container, food on the floors and chairs and garbage containers outside overflowing with drink containers all over the ground. I visit various DD's in the Nashua area and never have seen on there in such deplorable condition. I don't believe the owners of this franchise are getting what the one's in the Nashua stores are in terms of people doing there jobs. I have befriended several of their management team and know how detail oriented they are when it comes to cleanliness. May have just been a bad day but I'm sure you know about the phrase that "You can never make a second first impression".
