Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Highly recommend this location over any others! As soon as I came to the counter the lady was super friendly and humorous, and the staff was kind enough to give me extra creams and milk on the side of my hot tea as well as an extra bacon wrap at no extra charge. Love them very much and God Bless them!

My bagel wasn’t cooked enough even when I asked for toasted. Coffee tastes like river water and I don’t think they understand what regular in a coffee means been there a few times and it’s been bad each time never going again if your in the area I would recommend literally anywhere else!! McDonald’s is better..

If there was the slightest possibility to give this place a 0 star I would. The women with the reddish blonde hair that takes your order is one of the ruddest human beings Ive met. 3 times now Ive had her be incredibly rude to me through the drive through. While ordering she said "is that it?" And I thought she had said is that it, for my coffee order and I responded "yes but can I get.." she immediately snapped back with "SO CLEARLY THATS NOT IT." Today I stopped again. She kept repeating "is that it? Is that it? Is that it?" After ordering 3 things off the menu. This place clearly has poor customer service. Tried to call the number and speak to the manager but the number is out of service as well. Big surprise there. Do not go to this dunkins!!
