Got nothing apparently one person working so they closed lobby completely and was only doing drive through but because I'm a semi truck driver walkup isn't an option so driver's beware all that (truck drivers are hero's) is gone we're back to zeros!!! COVID is over we don't need to be nice to you anymore.

This location seriously needs help. None of the breakfast products are made the right way and some employees are rude.
Example : order the avocado toast? Be prepared for plain bread not toasted.
Order any sandwich? Be prepared for it to be burnt
Snackin bacon has no taste and undercooked.
I will go out of my way to go to another Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks versus this location

Terrible location. They don't toast the bread for avacado toast. Hashbrowns are burned. They rush out garbage. Try the DD off 37. Much better.

This place is very disorganized. It took close to 6 minutes of sitting at the speaker before someone even spoke. Also when I was placing the order via the app I submitted payment the first time and was told it failed, resubmitted and then recieved two text notifications from being charged twice. When I mentioned it to the window I was told their was nothing that could be done.. you can charge me for two but conviently can't do anything about it. Just give someone what they paid for.

Just want to here this morning and was paying cash went inside instead of going through the drive-thru and they told us that we had to wait just because we were paying cash and not card they had no registers open

Been here 10 to 15 times. My fault for continuing to go to same one but conveinent location for work. Snackin bacon is never never cooked. And they are always so short staffed.
