Love this Starbucks. The staff are so friendly and chill. We go to receive our dose of caffeine and positive vibes. Normally, we order a Cafe Mocha with no whip and it is made perfect every time!

4/30/21 230pm - I've been getting a refresher everyday for the past 2 months here because its a mile down from home and on my way to work. It adds onto my day and makes me happy. Normally I get the best drinks and great customer service.
Today I recieved a rushed order like I was inconvenient to the man at the drive thru.
I also got this water downed drink and didn't have any fruit in it.
Yall have failed me today. I will be coming back Monday and hopefully it gets back to greatness. Talk to who ever made the strawberry refresher and re-train them please .

They closed earlier then what it says just the girls left early horrible customer service when your driving hours in a highways to stop for coffee and they close earlier why bc they felt like it. Starbucks employees need to get with the program and keep the schedule and time that it says.

I got charged a dollar extra for extra foam?? Seriously??? Then I tell the young girl I'm paying with points and she charges my card. Do kids just not listen?? Is Starbucks so desperate for money they charge extra for foam?? I really enjoy my drinks there, but I will have to think twice before I go again. This is not the first experience like this at this particular store-at least they are consistent with "I'm sorry". A phrase I hear all to often cause of mistakes made-all too often.

This location has not been consistent lately! I bought frappes for me and 2 coworkers 2 weeks ago and the mocha frappe tasted like blended ice and coffee! Today I bought 2 frappes and same thing again! It was terrible! Very quickly lising my business!!
