The food was good but you could not dine-in. Only the drive thru was open. We were traveling so eating in the car is the worst. Especially with seven people traveling. I am sure Burger King will have an excuse but what ever third issue, it is not my problem!

I went there yesterday (May 27 @ 2pm?) with my friend who is not well; mood swings, agitation, it had been an emotionally difficult day to say the least. The girl at the counter was very kind and patient. She just smiled and said "No problem, it's for the Birthday boy (my friend)". I really wish I had gotten her name. She had brown hair in a ponytail, and I think tattoos. I went back in to thank her for all her kindness, but she was back in the kitchen. She went above and beyond and truly made my day better. I'll never forget that.

This Burger King is pretty good usually right on but I went they other night kinda late and ordered rodeo cheeseburger and got rodeo hamburger so I returned it and when they gave the new one they onion rings were old and had been sitting fir a long time. Although I've been here and they've been right on I think it just what time you go I would avoid this place later at night

*Checks bag..missing item no biggie I’ll run inside and get it real quick… lobby closed. Okay I’ll just go through the drive through again… 7 cars in line not moving. Okay never mind it was only something small anyway. Gets home.. oh this is the wrong burger completely…Whatever just eat it… wait this has hair in it. Okay now there’s a problem.

The lady that takes your order through the speaker is rude. They are slow and don't care about customers. I ordered a mobile order, waited in line for 31 minutes until I got to the speaker, only to be told to "hold on." Then I got yelled at when I questioned it. Reported to corporate office.

Please train your employee how to talk to customers and be patient. If your customer is rude to you I understand completely you need to be rude back. If the customer is waiting patiently and still deciding what to order, ask you for advice. Don't be rude and disrespectful with an attitude voice. If you are not happy with your job at a drive-thru. Then leave.
