Chili's

Chili's was great. The server we had was Joseph and he was so well mannered, polite, sweet, great with my kids, friendly, over all exceptional and we need more people like him as servers. It made our dining experience so much more pleasurable. I hope they find more employees like him. The food was great and prices were great and affordable.we will definitely be back.

Service is usually good, I go there enough times that I recognize most servers. There has only been one time that I have been unsatisfied with the server. The girl that works both the bar and waits tables is the real star. Food is usually good as well. I love the potato soup and the smokehouse combo.

We normally visit this location about once a year since we come from out of town. The staff is always friendly. This time the steak wasn't the best, which is a disappointment because normally it is really good. There was a lot of fat that really should have been cut off, or better yet, not even served. The rest of the food was good as normal. The chips and salsa is always a favorite.

Chili's is a favorite of my family. From our favorites on the menu to the consistency of the menu items we love Chili's food. This Friday evening we had an incredible waitress and she was very professional and helpful. Our food was hot out of the kitchen and was very delicious. I do highly recommend this Chili's whether it is your first time or you are a Chili's regular.

This Chili's has gone down hill. The place is super dirty and I don't mean just the food and trash on the floors everywhere. The floors haven't seen a good cleaning in quite a while, so I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like where they cook our food. Our burgers were overcooked and the street corn was super mush. It would be delicious if they didn't use pre-frozen because the seasoning is delicious. The service was super friendly, but we probably won't be back with all the other options to choose from in town.

Unbelievably disappointed. The manager Nate was incredibly abrasive, unprofessional, and flat out rude. Denied a military ID as a valid form of identification despite the fact that NC state law approves its use. When kindly confronted ( as I’m a bartender and also work in a corporate ran bar)… He made us wait for roughly 15 minutes before approaching us. He was rude, belittling, and spoke with zero professionalism. Thank you to our server who handled the situation with kindness, and sincerity, but I will NOT be coming back anytime soon.
