Bojangles remains consistent with thier food. During covid the flour got thin on the biscuits. But it seems they are getting normal again.

Hands down the best Bojangles in New Hanover county when compared to Carolina Beach Rd or Monkey Junction or Market St. Staff here is always polite. Restaurant is always clean. Food is hot. Don't complain when you order A food service to deliver it to you. Who knows what kind of traffic or even if they care about getting your food to you hot. This store should be a training store for this area if they have one. I come to this store if I'm getting Bojangles because of better service and food. It's worth going out of your way. Great job management and staff.

Thank you so much for helping me navigate the menu and accommodate my requests. I wanted the homestyle tenders with the biscuit swapped for a second fixin. Employees were nice and made it happen. Again, thank you for the wonderful customer service, I’m trying to eat (reasonably) healthy but I was also really craving chicken tenders and wanted to strike the perfect balance!
